The 2026 Oscars are around the corner, and the nominations are set to be announced shortly.
Lots of people are analyzing which stars will likely take home some of the biggest prizes of the evening, including Best Actress.
The official nominees won’t be announced until Thursday (January 22), with the ceremony taking place on Sunday, March 15, 2026.
Although there’s not an official nominees list just yet, people are quickly placing their bets on prediction market Kalshi about who will most likely be nominated next year, pouring over $1.3 million into the market volume and counting.

Bradley Cooper steps out in a gray trench coat for the UK premiere of his new movie Is This Thing On?
The 51-year-old star, director and writer of the movie was joined by several of his co-stars, as well as comedian John Bishop, whose life the film is inspired by.
On the red carpet, Bradley could be seen in a group hug with cast members Will Arnett, Ciaran Hinds, Laura Dern and Andra Day, as well as John. Also stepping out was Laura‘s daughter Jaya Harper.
Is This Thing On? is currently in theaters in the US, but it doesn’t debut in the UK until January 30th.
Here’s the official film description: “As their marriage quietly unravels, Alex (Arnett) faces middle age and an impending divorce, seeking new purpose in the New York comedy scene while Tess (Dern) confronts the sacrifices she made for their family—forcing them to navigate co-parenting, identity, and whether love can take a new form.”
FYI: Bradley is wearing a Burberry Check tailored suit in Loden with a white shirt, a Herringbone Wool tailored coat in Lead Grey Melange, and black Manor Jodhpur boots.

Kate Hudson, Miley Cyrus and Mia Goth are hitting the red carpet at the 2026 Palm Springs International Film Festival Film Awards held on Saturday night (January 3) at Palm Springs Convention Center in Palm Springs, Calif.
The ladies were among the several celebs in attendance at the annual event, as they were also among the honorees for the evening.
This year’s honorees are “an extraordinary group whose work continues to shape and inspire the world of film.”
Kate is set to receive the Icon Award, Miley the Outstanding Artistic Achievement Award, and Mia is receiving the Visionary Award for her movie Frankenstein, alongside director Guillermo del Toro and co-stars Jacob Elordi and Oscar Isaac.
