The raunchy ensemble comedy It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia has been going strong since 2005.
In 2020, FX renewed the show for four more seasons, bringing it to at least a whopping 18 seasons.
According to a recent interview Rob McElhenney gave with Rolling Stone Australia, all of the season 17 episodes have been filmed and edited, and are expected to premiere June 2025. There will be eight episodes total.

Joe Manganiello and Sofia Vergara hit the blue carpet for the premiere of Apple’s Mythic Quest Season 3!
The adorable twosome weren’t the only famous couple at the premiere, which was held at Linwood Dunn Theater at the Pickford Center for Motion Study on Wednesday (November 9) in Hollywood.
Series star Rob McElhenney was joined by his wife, Kaitlin Olson, and David Hornsby brought his wife, actress Emily Deschanel, to the event as well.
Mythic Quest stars Megan Ganz, Jessie Ennis, Ashly Burch, Charlotte Nicdao, Imani Hakim, Danny Pudi, and Naomi Ekperigin were also spotted at the premiere.
Season three of the show picks right up after the events of season two, which saw Ian (McElhenney) and Poppy (Nicdao) resigning from Mythic Quest.
The new episodes follow the duo as they start a new rivalry with their old company after forming GrimPop Studios.

Mythic Quest season 3 premieres Friday, November 11 on Apple TV+ with two episodes, and with new episodes debuting weekly on Fridays.
Previously, the show was picked up for two additional seasons.

Rob McElhenney had the support of his closet friends during his big night!
The 42-year-old actor had the support of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia co-stars wife Kaitlin Olson and Charlie Day at the premiere of Mythic Quest: Raven’s Banquet on Wednesday night (January 29) at the Cinerama Dome in Los Angeles.
Also in attendance were fellow Mythic Quest cast members F. Murray Abraham, Imani Hakim, David Hornsby and wife Emily Deschanel, Ashly Burch, and Charlotte Nicdao.
The comedy series follows a team of developers as they navigate the challenges of running a popular video game.
Mythic Quest: Raven’s Banquet is set to premiere with all nine first season episodes on February 7 on Apple Plus.

The happy couple and co-stars were joined at the event by their cast mates David Hornsby and his wife Emily Deschanel, Kaitlin Olson, Danny DeVito and his wife Lucy, Rob McElhenney, Sophia Del Pizzo and a mannequin of Glenn Howerton.

The cast of FXX’s It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia gets together for the premiere of season 13!
Rob McElhenney, Kaitlin Olson, Danny DeVito, Mary Elizabeth Ellis, Charlie Day, Glenn Howerton, and Jill Latiano stepped out for the event held at Regency Bruin Theatre on Tuesday (September 4) in Los Angeles.

They were joined by their co-stars David Hornsby, Sandy Martin, Gregory Scott Cummins, and T.J. Hoban.
Also there to show their support were Adina Porter, Navid Negahban, Emily Deschanel, and the stars of FX’s Snowfall – Carter Hudson, Angela Lewis, Filipe Valle Costa, and Michael Hyatt.

Emily Deschanel and her husband David Hornsby have just welcomed their second child together!
“The whole family and baby are doing well,” the 38-year-old actress’ rep shared to Us Weekly.

Emily and David announced that they were expecting in December last year.
Emily and David are also loving parents to their son Henry, who was born in 2011.
If you weren’t aware, Emily‘s younger sister Zooey is also expecting her first child with fiance Jacob Pechenik.
