Luke Wilson is putting his seemingly new blonde hair on full display!

The 54-year-old actor was spotted rocking a new look while appearing at the 2025 Hollywood Christmas Parade on Sunday evening (November 30) in Los Angeles.

Luke kicked off the holiday season at the annual event, where he served as Grand Marshall. Each year, the parade also supports Toys for Tots, the organization that works to ensure that children in need receive toys for Christmas.

The Parade is set to air on December 12 on The CW Network.

It’s currently unclear why Luke has made the hair transformation, ditching his natural brunette color.

According to his IMDb page, he has a few projects in the works, including the upcoming untitled golf series for Netflix, where he’ll reunite with Will Ferrell.

Per Deadline, Luke will star as “a pro golfer who rivals Lonnie (Ferrell), having beaten him for the tour championship twice.”

The upcoming series will feature quite the stacked cast, which also includes Molly Shannon, Jimmy Tatro, Fortune Feimster, Chris Parnell, Katelyn Tarver and David Hornsby.

The future of No Good Deed is very uncertain.

There are currently no plans to renew the show for a second season at Netflix, Deadline confirmed – but it could, in theory, come back with a new cast.

Ray Romano and Lisa Kudrow star in the new Netflix television show, which is “about the highs and lows of searching for a safe, happy home and just how far we’re willing to go to protect ourselves and our loved ones in the process.”

Also starring in the series are Linda Cardellini, O-T Fagbenle, Abbi Jacobson, Denis Leary, Poppy Liu, Teyonah Parris and Luke Wilson.

No Good Deed spent four weeks in the Top 10, peaking at No. 3 with 6 million views. The show was originally conceived as an anthology, with a new house, new characters and new crime every season.

According to Deadline, the door is still open for the creators to pitch a new idea for a second season – with only two original stars with multiyear deals.

“I hear O-T Fagbenle and Teyonah Parris, who played author Dennis and his pregnant wife Carla, were the only Season 1 actors with multiyear deals,” Deadline reports.

While Dennis and Carla lost out on Lydia (Kudrow) and Paul’s (Romano) house, the couple bought a nearby property, with the finale teeing up a mystery surrounding Carla’s billionaire father who secretly funded the purchase.

The two actors’ options have not expired yet. Stay tuned to find out if the story will continue with those two characters!

Owen Wilson has the support of his younger brother one his big night!

The 56-year-old actor was joined by brother Luke Wilson at the premiere of his new Apple TV+ series Stick on Thursday night (May 29) held at AMC Century City 15 in Los Angeles.

Also in attendance were Owen‘s co-stars Peter Dager, Marc Maron, Mariana Treviño, Lilli Kay, Judy Greer, and Timothy Olyphant along with creator Jason Keller.

Luke Wilson is getting back into his Legally Blonde role!

The 53-year-old actor made a surprise appearance on the Halloween episode of the Today show on Thursday (October 31), where he reprised his role of Emmett Richmond from the beloved movies, with host Savannah Guthrie dressed as Elle Woods.

The two also recreated the famous scene where Emmett first meets Elle (played by Reese Witherspoon), with Savannah wearing the signature pink courtroom ensemble, complete with a stuffed Bruiser the dog.

“Oh, do you want some nuts?” Savannah joked, pulling out a bag of peanuts.

After recreating more iconic lines, including Elle’s pink scented résumé (“I think it just adds a little something extra, don’t you?”), Savannah did the “bend and snap” move!

“Works every time,” she said, before the two pretended to leave and grab a coffee together.

Later on in the episode, he admitted he was “nervous” to reprise his role on the show and joked that it was “the closest I’ve gotten to doing Broadway.” He also said the memorable lines “did not come back” to him as easily as one might expect.

As for Legally Blonde 3 and whether there’s a chance he’d return, he said: “Well, I hope there is. It would be really fun to do.”

“You just never know. But I bet at some point down the line, while Reese and I can still do it,” he continued, adding of the Halloween recreation, “And this has to be very inspiring to Reese!”

Kevin Costner and Sienna Miller make rare red carpet appearances with their respective children at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival premiere of their new film Horizon: An American Saga held at Palais des Festivals on Sunday (May 19) in Cannes, France.

The 69-year-old actor stars in, directed and co-wrote the upcoming movie, with his son Hayes making his acting debut. At the festival, Kevin and Hayes were joined by four of his other children – Lily, Grace, Cayden and Annie.

Sienna was joined at the premiere by her daughter Marlowe Sturridge, as well as her boyfriend Oli Green.

A number of stars are joining the cast of Netflix‘s No Good Deed!

Created by Liz Feldman, No Good Deed is a “dark comedy series that, over eight half-hour episodes, follows three very different families vying to buy the very same 1920s Spanish-style villa that they think will solve all their problems. But as the sellers have already discovered, sometimes the home of your dreams can be a total nightmare,” per the show’s official logline.

Emmy-winner Ray Romano was previously revealed to star in No Good Deed. The streaming platform also confirmed that Emmy-winner and Friends alum Lisa Kudrow will appear in the upcoming series.

On Friday (December 15), additional cast members were announced!

Abbi Jacobson, Teyonah Parris, Linda Cardellini, Luke Wilson, and Poppy Liu will take on roles in No Good Deed, Variety reports.

Best known for starring in Broad City, Abbi recently headlined Prime Video’s A League of Their Own. In No Good Deed, she will play Leslie Fisher, who, according to the outlet, is “clever, curious and competitive to a fault.”

Teyonah just made her second Marvel Cinematic Universe appearance as Captain Monica Rambeau in The Marvels. She is also known for Dear White People and Candyman. Teyonah will play Carla, “a high-achieving and somewhat sardonic architect and expectant mother,” in No Good Deed.

Another Marvel actress, Linda has starred in numerous titles such as Hawkeye and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. In the Netflix series, she is set to play the character of Margo Starling, “a perfectly-coiffed status seeker with buried secrets to spare.”

Luke will take on the role of a depressed unemployed man named JD Campbell.

Poppy is best known for her roles in Hacks and The Afterparty. She’ll play Leslie’s wife Sarah in No Good Deed.

Sin City’s new concert venue officially opened on Friday night (September 29) and featured the first night of U2‘s UV Achtung Baby Live At Sphere residency at the location.

Drew Barrymore is opening up about her past relationship with Luke Wilson!

For those who don’t know, Drew and Luke were linked for several years in the late 1990s and early 2000s after working together on the 1998 movie Home Fries.

Drew talked about their relationship while interviewing Kate Hudson for an episode of The Drew Barrymore Show, which aired on Thursday (January 27).

“When we first met, we were young and wild,” Drew said. Kate added, “I think it was at a bar/restaurant … Chez Jay’s in Santa Monica, with Luke [Wilson].”

At the time, Kate was making the movie Alex and Emma with Luke.

Drew added, “I was dating him, but I think he was also dating other people. It was an open relationship; we were young.”

Kate chimed in, “I’ve been there with a Wilson too.” She previously dated Owen Wilson after making the 2006 movie You, Me and Dupree.

“We’re just young, we’re having fun, we’re all playing, acting, hanging out. You’re not taking it all so seriously, and it was fun and we had the best time,” Drew said.

Drew recently talked about the pregnancy scare she had on the set of Scream at age 21.

Luke Wilson is opening up about what he thought of brother Owen Wilson‘s run on Loki.

In a new interview with Entertainment Weekly, the 49-year-old actor revealed that he actually didn’t understand anything about the Disney+ series.

“Never did understand the plot of Loki,” he told the magazine, and added that he “had it explained to me a number of times. Never got the plot of it.”

Despite not picking up on the plot or being able to follow along, Luke did says that he and Owen got “to live together for a little over a month [while filming] and it was actually very fun and yeah it was funny for me to be working for DC and doing a superhero show and then Owen was playing this character Mobius on Loki.”

If you don’t know, Luke stars as Pat Dugan on DC’s Stargirl, which will debut season two on The CW in August.

“I know that he really enjoyed working on [Loki],” Luke added about Owen‘s experience. “Like me, he had not worked on a superhero project and had not worked on a show before, but I know he had a great time and really enjoyed working with Tom Hiddleston. It seems like that show turned out great too.”

Luke did joke that Owen‘s two sons – Robert and Finn - enjoyed his show over Loki.

“I don’t know that we had a rivalry but, I mean, he has two sons and they watch both shows,” Luke shared. “I feel like I detected a little more enthusiasm for Stargirl but I don’t know, I might just have been projecting that.”

Overall, Luke did give his brother props on Loki, saying that “they made a great show” with Loki .

“It really was fun to live together. We hadn’t done that in a long time. I mean, we see each other all the time but to be on location in the same town, living in the same house was a lot of fun.”

Luke Wilson almost wasn’t cast as Emmett in Legally Blonde, and the role could’ve been played by Paul Bettany!

While celebrating the film’s 20th anniversary, casting director Joseph Middleton revealed to The New York Times (via) that the Avengers actor might have been Elle’s love interest instead of Luke.

“I loved Paul Bettany for the Luke role,” he shared, before revealing just why the role went to Luke instead.

Turns out that the role went to Luke over Paul because Paul “was British, and they felt like it needed to be a real American.”

Karen McCullah, who co-wrote the screenplay alongside Kirsten Smith, also revealed to the paper that Emmett was actually called “the Luke Wilson character”.

“They saw some other actors, and finally Joseph was like, ‘Maybe we should get Luke to play the Luke Wilson character,’” she recalled. “I was like, ‘You think?’”

“I’ll watch it when I see it on cable, and it’s on cable a lot,” Luke said. “But just because Reese is always so funny in the movie to me. So I always watch a few things just because I like her portrayal of Elle Woods so much.”

Luke Wilson is dishing on Legally Blonde 3!

During a new interview, the 49-year-old actor addressed the possibility of joining Reese Witherspoon once again in the upcoming third installment in the franchise.

If you forgot, at the end of Legally Blonde 2: Red, White & Blonde, Elle (Witherspoon) and Emmett (Wilson) tied the knot in Washington, DC.

In his interview, Luke shared his excitement for the new movie, but hasn’t officially been cast yet.

“Of course [I’d do it],” Luke shared with Us Magazine. “As for the Legally Blonde that we’re hearing about now — I don’t know anything than the usual man on the street. And that’s really the truth. I’ve heard they’re writing it and trying to put it together, but they’re keeping it pretty firmly under wraps.”

Also in his interview, Luke gushed about working with Reese.

“I loved working with Reese, and definitely, that’s one of those movies where I never had that happen before to such a degree where when it came out, I’d go back to Texas and there would be little squadrons of girls who would come up at that age, like, 8 to 12 and 14, and they would have all these questions about Elle,” Luke shared. “They’d ask where she was and what she was doing and was she as great as she seemed.”

He added: “It’s just a good feeling. It’s one thing to make a movie people like, it’s another thing to make a movie that does well, but to have one that gets legs because of how people feel about it, that is a great feeling. To have a movie make a jump to generations.”

Earlier this year, it was officially confirmed that Legally Blonde 3 would be debuting in May 2022, with one of Reese Witherspoon‘s famous friends co-writing the script.

Reese Witherspoon was back in action with her Legally Blonde cast mates during a fun reunion event that premiered today (October 20).

Selma Blair, Luke Wilson, Ali Larter, Jennifer Coolidge, Holland Taylor, Jessica Cauffiel, Alanna Ubach and even Matthew Davis all joined in on the call, with SNL‘s Chloe Fineman moderating.

As the reunion started, Reese reflected on how important the movie was for her.

“I think she just inspired people to believe in themselves,” she shared. “She’s inspired me to really keep an open mind and always be an advocate for myself and for other people in this world…We decided after almost 20 years it was time to have a reunion because we love each other and we wanted to share the joy we had making this film.”

After the reunion, MGM also announced that Legally Blonde 3, written by Mindy Kaling, will be coming in 2022!

One of Luke‘s most beloved movies is Legally Blonde and he recently opened up about where he thinks his character Emmett and the lead character Elle Woods would be today.

Chris has been starring on the CBS series NCIS: Los Angeles since 2009 and it remains one of the most popular shows on television.

Luke Wilson is definitely open for a third Legally Blonde film.

The 48-year-old Stargirl actor chatted with ET about the franchise getting a possible new movie.

“I have not talked to Reese [Witherspoon] about it, but yeah I always kind of hear rumors here and there,” Luke shared. “Never anything official about them doing another Legally Blonde, but I’d love to do another one. I mean, just that character Reese played was so funny at the time and that has kind of become this iconic character now.”

He also revealed where he imagines Elle and Emmett, who were married in Legally Blonde: Red, White and Blonde, are today.

“I would say they definitely have a few children and I just think that it’d be really funny if Reese had a little mini-me, a version of herself,” Luke added. “I would definitely think that they’d have a couple of children.”

Elle Fanning and Justice Smith‘s romantic drama All the Bright Places now has a premiere date!

The co-stars, ages 21 and 24, respectively, teamed up for the upcoming Netflix film, which will hit the streaming service on February 28.

The CW debuted the official teaser for the series during Crisis: Aftermath – EW’s after-show for the Arrowverse crossover “Crisis on Infinite Earths” – on Tuesday (December 10).

The show was originally created for the DC Universe. It will air on both that streaming service and on The CW.

Stargirl follows “Courtney Whitmore (Brec Bassinger), a high schooler who is forced to relocate from Los Angeles to Blue Valley, Nebraska after her mother re-marries. To her surprise, though, she discovers her new step-father Pat Dugan (Luke Wilson) used to be Stripesy, the sidekick of JSA Member Starman (Joel McHale). … Starman’s staff isn’t supposed to work for anyone except for him, and yet it does for Courtney, much to Pat’s surprise,” according to EW.

The show also stars Henry Thomas, Lou Ferrigno Jr., Amy Smart, Meg DeLacy, Nelson Lee, and Trae Romano.

Stargirl will premiere in Spring 2020.

Here’s the film’s synopsis: “When a hoax instigated by an aggressive school bus driver (Sutherland) goes very wrong, Veronica (De Oliveira) is accused of abusing her position of authority with 17-year-old Clive (Bourgeois) and other students, and is imprisoned. Convinced she deserves to be punished for crimes she committed at an earlier age, Veronica rebuffs her father’s attempts to secure her early release. Confused and frustrated by Veronica’s intransigence, Jim’s anguish begins to impinge on his job. As a food inspector, he wields great power over small, family-owned restaurants. It’s a power he doesn’t hesitate to use,” according to Deadline.
