Sydney Sweeney wears a pink lace dress for the latest premiere of her upcoming movie Christy held at TCL Chinese Theater on Saturday evening (October 25) in Hollywood.

The 28-year-old actress joined the real life Christy Martin at the event, during 2025 AFI Fest, who she portrays in the film.

Also stepping out were Sydney‘s co-stars Ben Foster, Katy O’Brian, Jess Gabor, Coleman Pedigo, Tony Cavalero and Bill Kelly, with co-writer/director David Michôd.

Here’s the synopsis: “Christy Martin (Sweeney) never imagined life beyond her small-town roots in West Virginia—until she discovered a knack for punching people. Fueled by grit, raw determination, and an unshakable desire to win, she charges into the world of boxing under the guidance of her trainer and manager-turned-husband, Jim (Foster). But while Christy flaunts a fiery persona in the ring, her toughest battles unfold outside it—confronting family, identity, and a relationship that just might become life-or-death. Based on remarkable true events, Christy Martin’s story is one of resilience, courage, and the fight to reclaim one’s life.”

Sydney Sweeney is gracing the red carpet at the 2025 BFI London Film Festival!

The 28-year-old Emmy-nominated actress went pretty in pink for the premiere of her new movie Christy on Friday (October 17) held at The Royal Festival Hall in London, England.

Joining Sydney at the premiere was her co-star Ben Foster along with director David Michôd, who co-wrote the screenplay with Mirrah Foulkes.

Here’s the synopsis: “Christy Martin (Sydney Sweeney) never imagined life beyond her small-town roots in West Virginia—until she discovered a knack for punching people. Fueled by grit, raw determination, and an unshakable desire to win, she charges into the world of boxing under the guidance of her trainer and manager-turned-husband, Jim (Ben Foster). While promoting the movie at TIFF last weekend, Sydney opened up about the rigorous training process.

Sydney Sweeney has received some awards recognition for her work in the movie Christy and she’s continuing with her campaign.

The 28-year-old actress and her co-star Ben Foster stepped out for a For Your Consideration screening of the new film on Saturday (October 11) in West Hollywood, Calif.

Sydney stars in the film as real-life boxing legend Christy Martin and Ben plays her manager-turned-husband Jim.

Last weekend, Sydney received the Achievement in Acting Award at the Hamptons International Film Festival. GoldDerby.com currently has her listed in 10th place in the rankings for who might get a Best Actress nomination at the Oscars in 2026.

Sydney Sweeney is back on the red carpet amid all of the headlines surrounding both her personal and professional lives.

The 27-year-old actress attended the premiere of her new movie Christy at the 2025 Toronto International Film Festival on Friday afternoon (September 5) in Toronto, Canada.

Sydney was joined by the real-life Christy Martin, as well as co-stars Ben Foster, Katy O’Brian, Chad L. Coleman, Jess Gabor, Marvin LaViolette, and Coleman Pedigo, plus director David Michod. The movie tells the story of the successful female boxer.

Ben stars in another movie at TIFF with Shailene Woodley and she showed up to support at the premiere.

Ahead of her appearance at the festival, Sydney said she would not be discussing anything other than the movie in her interviews.

Right now, Sydney has been in the headlines because of her controversial American Eagle ads, that helped the company’s sales soar despite negative feedback. She also is rumored to be dating a controversial figure in the music industry.

Shailene Woodley and Ben Foster are looking cool on the red carpet at the 2025 Toronto Film Festival.

The co-stars posed for photos together at the premiere of their new movie Motor City on Thursday (September 4) held at the TIFF Lightbox in Toronto, Canada.

Also in attendance were fellow cast members Alan Ritchson and Ben McKenzie, with wife Morena Baccarin, along with director Potsy Ponciroli and cinematographer John Matysiak.

Here’s the synopsis: “Part operatic fever dream, part adrenaline-soaked action epic, Motor City is a visceral revenge tale set against the industrial backdrop of 1970s Detroit. John Miller (Alan Ritchson), a blue-collar auto worker, has his world ripped apart when he’s framed by a ruthless local gangster (a supremely unsettling Ben Foster) and sent to prison.
