We’re still more than a month away from the Oscars, but the guild awards are already happening and Hollywood stepped out to support directors at the 2026 DGA Awards!

Leonardo DiCaprio, Olivia Wilde, Timothee Chalamet, and Kerry Washington were among the celebs at the Directors Guild of America Awards on Saturday night (February 7) at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, Calif.

One Battle After Another‘s Paul Thomas Anderson won the big award of the night for Theatrical Feature Film directing, paving his way to possibly take home the Best Director award at the Oscars next month.

Each of the five nominated directors – Anderson, Frankenstein‘s Guillermo Del Toro, Hamnet‘s Chloe Zhao, Marty Supreme‘s Josh Safdie, and Sinners‘ Ryan Coogler – received tributes from the collaborators during the event.

Leo honored Anderson, Jacob Elordi paid tribute to Del Toro, Hamnet producer Steven Spielberg honored Zhao, Timothee was there to honor Josh, and Michael B. Jordan paid tribute to Coogler.

It’s hard to believe Community ended over 10 years ago!

The comedy series – starring Joel McHale, Gillian Jacobs, Danny Pudi, Yvette Nicole Brown, Alison Brie, Donald Glover, Ken Jeong, Chevy Chase, and Jim Rash – ran on NBC for five seasons between 2009 and 2014 before the sixth and final season aired on Yahoo! Screen in 2015.

The show followed disbarred lawyer Jeff Winger (McHale), who enrolled in a local community college and formed a study group with fellow students, who eventually learn more about themselves than their course work.

Just recently, Donald shared a major update on the Community movie!

With the show back in the headlines, we’ve gathered all of the main cast members of Community, and ranked them from lowest to highest estimated net worth.

Actress Yvette Nicole Brown is speaking out after a story involving her was brought up in I’m Chevy Chase and You’re Not.

If you don’t know, they co-starred together on Community but Chevy Chase exited during season four.

Director Jay Chandrasekhar recalled witnessing the alleged incident and shared new details about what apparently happened.

The director recalled that Chevy said something to co-star Yvette, but didn’t hear what he said.

Jay said, “I know that there was a history between [Chevy and Yvette] around race, and she got up and stormed out of there. Chevy storms off, so the producer is like, ‘We need Yvette in the scene, right?’ I’m like, ‘Yeah, she’s in the next scene.’ And he goes, ‘Well, she won’t come out unless Chevy apologizes to her.’”

He said the actor then returned to set but claimed he “didn’t say anything.”

“He goes, ‘You know, me and Richard Pryor, I used to call Richard Pryor the N-word, and he used to call me The Honky, and we loved each other.’ And I’m like, ‘I know, man, I love that bit.’ I said, ‘You know, can we just have a little apology?’ He goes, ‘For what?’” Jay recalled, who then recounted that someone leaked there was a racial incident on set, leading to Chase having a “full meltdown.”

Michael B. Jordan is being honored with one of the most prestigious prizes in Hollywood: the American Cinematheque Award!

The 38-year-old actor was honored with the award on Thursday night (November 20) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The American Cinematheque Award is given to “an extraordinary artist in the entertainment industry who is fully engaged in his or her work and is committed to making a significant contribution to the art of the motion pictures.” See who received the award last year!

Michael was joined at the event by his Creed co-star Tessa Thompson, his frequent collaborator Ryan Coogler and his wife Zinzi, friend Mahershala Ali, Black Panther co-star Daniel Kaluuya, and Sinners co-stars Delroy Lindo, Miles Caton, and Jayme Lawson. Michael‘s mom Donna was there too!

Also in attendance were director Jason Reitman with girlfriend Lorraine Nicholson.

FYI: Michael is wearing Louis Vuitton. Mahershala is wearing Tom Ford.

There are so many stars in the new Disney animated movie Zootopia 2 and most of them stepped out for the film’s world premiere!

Ginnifer Goodwin, Jason Bateman, and Oscar winner Ke Huy Quan hit the red carpet together on Thursday night (November 13) at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood.

Also in attendance were co-stars Shakira, Josh Dallas, Fortune Feimster, Quinta Brunson, Patrick Warburton, Stephanie Beatriz, Bonnie Hunt, Alan Tudyk, Wilmer Valderrama, and married couple Macaulay Culkin and Brenda Song.

More cast members there included Nate Torrence, Don Lake, CM Punk, Maurice LaMarche, Raymond S. Persi, Tommy Chong, Blake Slatkin, Tig Notaro, Amanda Gorman, Yvette Nicole Brown, Tiffany Lonsdale, Rachel House, Melissa G. In the sequel, rookie cops Judy Hopps (Goodwin) and Nick Wilde (Bateman) find themselves on the twisting trail of a great mystery when Gary De’Snake (Quan) arrives in Zootopia and turns the animal metropolis upside down. To crack the case, Judy and Nick must go undercover to unexpected new parts of town, where their growing partnership is tested like never before.

Ginnifer and Josh walked the red carpet with their kids for the very first time and Shakira also stepped out with her two sons.

The ladies of Hollywood are stepping out for Variety‘s big event!

Kate Hudson, Eva Longoria, Jane Fonda, and Wanda Sykes were among the many stars that attended Variety’s 2025 Power of Women event on Wednesday evening (October 29) held at The Beverly Hills Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.
