The action-packed new trailer for Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu is here!

Here’s the synopsis: The evil Empire has fallen, and Imperial warlords remain scattered throughout the galaxy. As the fledgling New Republic works to protect everything the Rebellion fought for, they have enlisted the help of legendary Mandalorian bounty hunter Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) and his young apprentice Grogu. Jon Favreau directs. Pedro is reprising his role from the fan fave Disney+ series.

In a big moment in the trailer, we actually see Pedro‘s face as Din Djarin. This hasn’t happened since season 2 of The Mandalorian back in 2020.

Also featured in the cast are Sigourney Weaver, who stars as a pilot, Jeremy Allen White as the son of Jabba the Hutt, and Jonny Coyne as a warlord.

The film is currently set to hit theaters on May 22, 2026.

Sigourney Weaver is shedding some light on the complicated nature of her on-screen romance in Avatar: Fire and Ash involving a much younger actor.

The actress originally played scientist Grace Augustine in the first Avatar movie, but her character died. In Avatar: Way of the Water, it was revealed that Grace’s avatar was used to clone Jake Sully and Neytiri’s adopted daughter Kiri, a 14-year-old hybrid.

Sigourney Weaver is stepping out for the UK premiere of the new Avatar movie!

The 76-year-old Oscar-nominated actress joined co-stars Oona Chaplin and Stephen Lang at the premiere of Avatar: Fire And Ash on Thursday night (December 11) held at BFI IMAX in London, England.

Fellow cast members in attendance included Jemaine Clement and David Thewlis.

Earlier in the night, the cast attended the photocall for the new movie held at Butler’s Wharf Pier.

Directed again by James Cameron, the third movie in the blockbuster franchise takes audiences back to Pandora in an immersive new adventure with Marine turned Na’vi leader Jake Sully (Sam Worthington), Na’vi warrior Neytiri (Zoe Saldaña), and the Sully family.

Dust Bunny is hitting theaters this weekend.

Here’s the synopsis: “In visionary creator Bryan Fuller’s fantastical and wickedly inventive feature directorial debut Dust Bunny, a 10-year-old girl joins forces with her hit man neighbor to confront each other’s monsters. Ten-year-old Aurora has a mysterious neighbor (Mads Mikkelsen) who kills real-life monsters. He’s a hit man for hire. So, when Aurora needs help killing the monster she believes ate her entire family, she procures his services. Suspecting that her parents may have fallen victim to assassins gunning for him, Aurora’s neighbor guiltily takes the job. Now, to protect her, he’ll need to battle an onslaught of assassins ― and accept that some monsters are real.”

The cast also includes Sigourney Weaver, David Dastmalchian, and Sophie Sloan.

The 47-year-old Oscar-winning actress along with Sam Worthington and Sigourney Weaver all coordinated in black outfits for the European premiere of Avatar: Fire And Ash on Friday (December 5) in Boulogne-Billancourt, France.

Fellow cast members in attendance included Oona Chaplin, Stephen Lang, Bailey Bass, Jack Champion, Trinity Jo-Li Bliss, and Britain Dalton.

Director James Cameron was also in attendance with wife Suzy Amis Cameron along with Sam‘s wife Lara Worthington.

Earlier this week, all of the stars were in Hollywood for the world premiere of the new movie.
