Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are back together on the red carpet!

The formerly married couple stepped out for the premiere of their new movie Kiss of the Spider Woman on Monday night (October 6) in New York City.

Also pictured are Jennifer‘s co-star Tonatiuh and director Bill Condon.

Jennifer stars as the title character in the film and Ben is an executive producer on the project. Jennifer recently credited him as the reason why the movie even happened!

On the red carpet at the premiere, Ben explained why he got involved.

Jennifer Lopez steps out for the world premiere of her new movie Kiss of the Spider Woman held during the 2025 Sundance Film Festival on Sunday evening (January 26) in Park City, Utah.

The 55-year-old entertainer stars in the upcoming musical film adaptation, and also serves as an executive producer. Her ex-husband Ben Affleck and his longtime best friend Matt Damon are also producers on the film.

At the premiere, Jennifer was joined by writer and director Bill Condon, as well as co-stars Tonatiuh, Aline Mayagoitia and Josefina Scaglione.

Earlier in the day, JLo wore an off-white outfit while making her way around town to promote the movie.

While attending the Variety Studio that day, she opened up about waiting her whole life for a role like this.

Helen Mirren poses with her The Good Liar co-star Ian McKellen at a photo call for their movie on Wednesday (October 30) at the Corinthia Hotel in London, England.

The legendary actors were joined by director Bill Condon and producer Greg Yolen.

Helen recently made headlines after she called out a talk show host on the UK’s The One Show. One of the hosts commended her for playing “strong, feisty women” on screen, which she didn’t appreciate.

“Well, you know, I have played housekeepers as well, and I’m playing a cleaner in my next film. I hope there’s a bit of variety there,” she said (via Yahoo). “I have to say I don’t like the word ‘feisty.’ I don’t know why. I think it’s because it’s always related to women. They never say ‘feisty man’… Kid, maybe. But I find it slightly insulting, I don’t know why. I want to find another word. See, I was being the boss there, wasn’t I?”

A new version of the classic tale A Christmas Carol is coming to the big screen!

Oscar-winning filmmaker Bill Condon wrote the script for the movie Marley and he’ll also direct for Disney. Three-time Oscar winner Stephen Schwartz, who wrote the score to Broadway’s Wicked, will write new music for the film.

Marley will “reinvent the well-known story by conveying it through the eyes of Jacob Marley, the deceased business partner of Ebenezer Scrooge,” according to THR. “Marley’s apparition, weighed down by chains and endless torment, visits Scrooge and foretells the man of his impending ghostly visits.”

In the classic Charles Dickens story, Scrooge is visited by the Ghosts of Christmases Past, Present, and Future.

Oscar winner Dan Jinks is producing alongside Greg Yolen, who worked with Condon on Beauty and the Beast.

The Oscar-winning actress was joined by director Bill Condon to promote her upcoming film The Good Liar at the event, attended by movie theater owners from around the country.

Helen definitely won over the theater owners with something she said about Netflix.

“I love Netflix, but f–k Netflix,” she said. “There’s nothing like sitting in the cinema and the lights go down.”

“I would like to thank you guys for making that environment possible,” she added.

Universal Pictures is building a new franchise of classic monster characters and the movies have been given the label of the Dark Universe!

It was just announced that Johnny Depp will play The Invisible Man and Javier Bardem will play Frankenstein’s Monster in upcoming films.

The Mummy, in theaters June 9, is the first film in the Dark Universe and it features Tom Cruise as solider of fortune Nick Morton, Russell Crowe as Dr. Henry Jekyll, and Sofia Boutella as the title character.

At its organizing principle, Dark Universe films are connected by a mysterious multi-national organization known as Prodigium. Led by the enigmatic and brilliant Dr. Henry Jekyll, Prodigium’s mission is to track, study and�”when necessary�”destroy evil embodied in the form of monsters in our world. Oscar winner Bill Condon will direct the next Dark Universe film, Bride of Frankenstein, which will hit theaters in February 2019.

Last month, you may remember that Lindsay Lohan posted an Instagram photo of her next to Ariel in The Little Mermaid, and captioned the photo to reveal she would return to acting to play the iconic mermaid.

In addition, Lindsay had some requests, including, she would only do the movie if Beauty and the Beast director Bill Condon was at the help.

In a recent interview, Lindsay‘s request was brought up to the director.

“I know! It was sweet, it was very sweet of her. I hope she gets to make that movie. [Laughs.] I feel like I was so lucky in getting this crown jewel, but I’ll go see her in Little Mermaid, absolutely,” Bill told Vulture.
