It was a star-studded night MPTF’s pre-Emmy Awards party last night!

The Motion Picture & Television Fund held their annual “Evening Before” party at Century Park on Saturday night (September 13) in Los Angeles.

In attendance at the event were several 2025 Emmy nominees, including Severance’s Adam Scott with his wife Naomi, Britt Lower, Patricia Arquette, John Turturro, Tramell Tillman, and director Ben Stiller, Nobody Wants This’ Kristen Bell with husband Dax Shepard, Dope Thief’s Brian Tyree Henry, The Penguin’s Colin Farrell and Cristin Milioti, Adolescence’s Stephen Graham, Sirens’ Meghann Fahy, The Residence’s Uzo Aduba, Saturday Night Live’s Bowen Yang, Abbott Elementary’s Sheryl Lee Ralph and Janelle James, Shrinking’s Jessica Williams, The White Lotus’ Walton Goggins and Natasha Rothwell, Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story‘s Cooper Koch, Black Mirror‘s Rashida Jones, and The Late Show‘s Stephen Colbert, with his wife Evelyn, among others. Adam and Rashida had a Parks & Recreation reunion from their NBC days!

Also in attendance at the party were last year’s Shogun winner Anna Sawai, A Man on the Inside‘s Ted Danson with wife Mary Steenburgen, Hacks‘ Megan Stalter, Ashlyn Harris and Sophia Bush, Laverne Cox, Crazy Rich Asians‘ Ronny Chieng, Awkwafina, and Remy Hii, Severance‘s Dichen Lachman, Running Point‘s Ike Barinholtz, Kate Hudson, Scott MacArthur and Drew Tarver, and more!

The Emmys ceremony this year is hosted by comedian Nate Bargatze and the show will air live on CBS and Paramount+ beginning at 8pm ET / 5pm PT. Make sure to check out the full list of nominations, led by Apple TV+’s Severance with 27 nods. There were also some surprising snubs this year with many major stars failing to get nominations.

The trailer for the upcoming Mortal Kombat II has finally debuted!

Karl Urban joins the movie franchise as Johnny Cage in the second installment based on the popular video games.

There are also seven more new actors joining, with ten stars reprising their roles from the first movie.

The stars are stepping out for the 2025 Peabody Awards!

Kerry Washington, Jon Hamm, Anna Kendrick, and Benito Skinner were among the many celebs in attendance at the 85th Annual Peabody Awards on Sunday night (June 1) held at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Los Angeles.

Since 1940, the event, created by the University of Georgia’s Grady School of Journalism and Mass Communication, honors celebrate excellence in entertainment in documentary, news, podcast/radio, arts, youth and public service programming.

This year’s honorees included Netflix’s Baby Reindeer, FX’s Shōgun, and Peacock’s We Are Lady Parts while Saturday Night Live‘s Lorne Michaels was presented with the Institutional Award.

Comedian Roy Wood Jr. served as host for the evening.

The Time100 Gala honored the world’s most influential people of 2025 and we have an inside look at the star-studded event!

Scarlett Johansson, Serena Williams, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds were among the celebs who stepped out for the event at Jazz at Lincoln Center on Thursday night (April 24) in New York City.

Time100 cover star Snoop Dogg hosted the evening and there were musical performances from Ed Sheeran and Myles Smith.

Blake, Serena, Diego Luna, and others gave honorary tributes at the event. Simone Biles was recognized with the Time100 Impact Award and Kristen Bell was there to present her with the award.

The stars of Shogun are on the red carpet!

Hiroyuki Sanada, Anna Sawai, and Tadanobu Asano stepped out for the 2025 Screen Actors Guild Awards on Sunday (February 23) at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.

Fellow Shogun stars at the event included Moeka Hoshi, Tommy Bastow, Shinnosuke Abe, and Hiroto Kanai.

Shogun is nominated tonight for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series while Hiroyuki and Anna are also both nominated for their roles.

The SAG Awards will stream live on Netflix for the second year in a row. This also marks Kristen Bell‘s second time as host after previously serving as the emcee in 2018. Wicked leads the nominations this year with five nods and Shogun leads the television categories, also with five nominations. Check out the full list of nominees!

There were so many celebs at the 2025 Producers Guild of America Awards and we have a full recap of everyone who attended!

The show took place on Saturday night (February 8) at Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles.

Anora took home the top prize of the night for Darryl F. Zanuck Award for Outstanding Producer of Theatrical Motion Pictures, which is basically the equivalent of “Best Picture” at the Oscars.

The Wild Robot won for Outstanding Producer of Animated Theatrical Motion Pictures. In the television categories, Shogun won for drama, Hacks won for comedy, Baby Reindeer won for limited series, and The Traitors won for game or competition television.

All in one weekend, Anora won the PGA Award for producing, the DGA Award for Best Director for Sean Baker, and the Critics Choice Award for Best Picture, cementing its status as the Oscars frontrunner at this point.
