Claire Danes and Ewan McGregor will be working together on the upcoming Hulu series The Spot.
The upcoming drama series was created and written by Ed Solomon, who will also serve as the showrunner, according to Deadline.
Kate Winslet was originally attached to star in and executive produce the series, but she dropped out earlier this year. Deadline reports that Claire was approached a couple weeks later.

Ewan McGregor is back on the London stage for the first time in 17 years and his wife Mary Elizabeth Winstead was there to support on opening night!
The 54-year-old actor and the 40-year-old actress were seen leaving the celebration event together on Tuesday (April 29) in London, England.
Ewan is currently starring in the play My Master Builder alongside Elizabeth Debicki, Kate Fleetwood, David Ajala and Mirren Mack.
Here’s the synopsis: “On the eve of July 4th in the Hamptons, Elena Solness, a publishing magnate, is preparing to throw a party to celebrate her architect husband, Henry Solness, as he unveils his latest masterpiece. Their already vulnerable union is shattered by the unexpected arrival of Mathilde, a former student of Henry’s, with whom he previously shared an intimate connection. As the evening unfolds, each find themselves face to face with a reckoning that indelibly tilts the axis of their lives.”
The play will run through July 12 at Wyndham’s Theatre.

The 53-year-old actor reprised his iconic role as the titular character of Disney+’s Obi-Wan Kenobi series in 2022.
Prior to that, he had portrayed Obi-Wan in each of the Star Wars prequel movies: 1999′s Episode I – The Phantom Menace, 2002′s Episode II – Attack of the Clones, and 2005′s Episode III – Revenge of the Sith.
Although Obi-Wan Kenobi was created as a limited series, there’s always a possibility that Ewan could return in another future Star Wars project.
The star discussed the matter in a recent interview.
