A new Jumanji movie is in the works and so many actors have been confirmed for the star-studded cast.

While this is technically the fourth film in the franchise, this is the third in the reboot series with this cast.

2017′s Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle grossed $962 million at the worldwide box office while the sequel Jumanji: The Next Level earned $801 million globally. The next movie is scheduled to hit theaters on December 11, 2026.

THR originally reported that nine returning cast members were confirmed and two new actors were added.

Filming for the new Jumanji movie has begun!

Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black, Karen Gillan, Kevin Hart, and Alex Wolff filmed scenes for the upcoming fourth installment in the Jumanji franchise on Thursday (November 20) in Los Angeles.

Dwayne, Jack, Kevin, and Karen were all seen wearing their explorer costumes while Alex sported a tan puffer jacket and jeans as they filmed around the city.

Production for the upcoming movie officially kicked off on Wednesday (November 19) and Dwayne took to Instagram to share video of himself driving around the Universal Pictures studios lot.

Lupita Nyong’o is stepping out for the premiere of her new thriller flick!

The 41-year-old Oscar-winning actress shimmered in a black outfit alongside co-stars Joseph Quinn, Djimon Hounsou, and Alex Wolff at the premiere of A Quiet Place: Day One on Wednesday (June 26) held at AMC Lincoln Square in New York City.

Director Michael Sarnoski along with producers John Krasinski, Michael Bay, Andrew Form, and Brad Fuller were also in attendance at the premiere.

The film is a prequel to the original A Quiet Place film, starring John Krasinski and his wife Emily Blunt, which was released back in 2018.

A Quiet Place: Day One is set to hit theaters on Friday, June 28. You can watch the trailer for the new film right here!
