Shrinking season three is here!

The Apple TV comedy just debuted the first of the 11 new episodes at midnight ET on Wednesday (January 28), with several returning stars and even some new faces.

Shrinking follows a grieving therapist who starts to break the rules and tell his clients exactly what he thinks. Ignoring his training and ethics, he finds himself making huge, tumultuous changes to people’s lives … including his own.

Just hours before the season premiere, it was announced the series was already picked up for a fourth season.

Shrinking season three is in the works and Apple TV just shared more details!

The Emmy award-nominated series created by Bill Lawrence, Jason Segel and Brett Goldstein, was picked up for a third season a year ago, and filming took place between February and July.

Shrinking “follows a grieving therapist who starts to break the rules and tell his clients exactly what he thinks. Ignoring his training and ethics, he finds himself making huge, tumultuous changes to people’s lives … including his own.”

Season three was just announced to consist of 11 episodes and will debut on Wednesday, January 28th on Apple TV.

The Emmy nominated drama/comedy series was renewed in the fall of 2025, and Apple TV+ just announced on Tuesday (July 22) that filming has wrapped after five months.

Angelina Jolie is one of the frontrunners for the Best Actress prize at next year’s Oscars and she has been working hard on the awards campaign trail.

The 49-year-old actress attended a tastemaker screening of her movie Maria on Monday night (November 11) at the Crosby Street Hotel in New York City.

Also in attendance at the event were actresses Candice Bergen and Danai Gurira, filmmaker Mira Nair, and cast members from the Broadway musical The Outsiders, which Angelina produced.

Maria filmmakers in attendance included director Pablo Larrain, cinematographer Ed Lachman, hair designer Pamela Goldammer, and costume designer Massimo Cantini Parrini.

The film follows the American-Greek soprano Maria Callas as she retreats to Paris after a glamorous and tumultuous life in the public eye. MARIA reimagines the legendary soprano in her final days as the diva reckons with her identity and life. The film will debut in select theaters on November 27 and will drop on Netflix on December 11. Candice Bergen has some choice words for Vice Presidential candidate J.D. Vance.

The TV legend slammed the Republican candidate while speaking on stage at the 2024 Emmy Awards on Sunday (September 15) at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles.

Candice was in attendance at the show to present the award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series to Hacks‘ Jean Smart.

During her intro for the award, Candice made a remark about Vance, who happens to share a last name with Jean‘s Hacks character Deborah Vance.

The 70-year-old actress made the revelation while promoting her latest movie Book Club: The Next Chapter, on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
