A few more pieces of information have emerged in the arrest of ex Prince, Andrew Mountbatten Windsor.
If you did not see the news, Andrew was taken into custody on suspicion of misconduct in public office, with authorities investigating claims that he may have shared information with Jeffrey Epstein while serving as a British trade envoy. You can see the police statement here.
ABC News shared that Buckingham Palace was not informed ahead of time that the royal family member would be arrested today (February 19). By the way, it’s Andrew‘s 66th birthday today. “Buckingham Palace confirmed to ABC News that they were not informed ahead of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s arrest on Thursday,” the tweeted.
