Fenway Park has canceled a handful of concerts at the last minute.

Hours before Shakira was scheduled to take the stage at the ballpark in Boston, Mass. on Thursday night (May 29), the concert was suddenly canceled for an undisclosed reason.

The 48-year-old Colombian superstar was set to perform at Fenway as part of her The Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran Tour and as the opener for the 2025 Fenway Concert Series. Shakira’s show wasn’t the only concert canceled this weekend – Jason Aldean and Brooks & Dunn‘s concert scheduled for the following day was canceled as well.

Jason Aldean is hitting the road!

The 47-year-old country singer announced he is about to tour the United States and Canada with the Full Throttle Tour 2025, featuring special guests Nate Smith, RaeLynn, and Dee Jay Silver.

The tour kicks off at Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, on May 23 and will make stops like Toronto’s Budweiser Stage, Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, Denver’s Ball Arena, Grand Rapid’s Van Andel Arena, Des Moines’ Wells Fargo Arena, Charleston’s Credit One Stadium and will wrap up at iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre in West Palm Peach, Florida on October 4.

He will also co-headline Fenway Park in Boston on May 30 with Brooks & Dunn.

While the 78-year-old president elect will be sworn into office on Monday (January 20), the festivities will begin over the weekend with the Make America Great Again Festival on Sunday.

A new group of performers has been announced ahead of Donald Trump‘s inauguration weekend celebrations.

The 78-year-old president elect will officially return to office on Monday (January 20). In the leadup to the big day, a variety of events will be taking place across Washington, D.C. in the coming days.

Lots of celebrities stepped out to take part in the CMT Giants: Alabama tribute on Wednesday (January 17) at The Fisher Center for the Performing Arts in Nashville, Tennessee.

The two-hour TV special will pay homage to legendary country group Alabama and is set to premiere later this year.

The star-studded event featured appearances from solo acts and bands alike, including Blake Shelton, Jason Aldean and wife Brittany, and Phillip Sweet, Kimberly Schlapman, Karen Fairchild, and Jimi Westbrook of Little Big Town.

Jason Aldean is still confused about the controversy surrounding the music video for his song “Try That in a Small Town.”

If you forgot, earlier this summer the 46-year-old country music star unveiled a video that was called out for being racially charged. It was removed from rotation on CMT, and fellow musicians denounced Jason‘s release.

However, streams and sales of the song were enough to propel it to the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100.

Three months later, Jason is looking back and saying that his critics were wrong.

Maren Morris appears to be shading Jason Aldean.

For the past few months, Jason, 46, has faced tons of backlash after releasing his new song “Try That in a Small Town.”

Many said that it was “pro-lynching song” and he’s received backlash for using new coverage of Black Lives Matter protesters in the music video. A portion of the video was filmed in front of a Tennessee courthouse where a Black teen was lynched in the 1920s.

While teasing her upcoming music video, Maren, 33, seemingly took a dig at Jason and his song.
