Several celebs are wearing pins honoring Renée Macklin Good, who tragically was shot and killed by an ICE officer in Minneapolis.

Several celebs, including Wanda Sykes, Natasha Lyonne and Mark Ruffalo, wore pins with the following messages: “ICE OUT” and “BE GOOD.”

The Upshaws is returning with its final season at the top of 2026.

Part 7, the final season of the long-running family comedy TV show, will air on Netflix on Thursday, January 15, 2026, the streamer just announced.

Here’s the synopsis: “Bennie Upshaw (Mike Epps), the head of a Black working class family in Indianapolis, is a charming, well-intentioned mechanic and lifelong mess just trying his best to step up and care for his family — wife Regina (Kim Fields), their two young daughters (Khali Spraggins, Journey Christine) and firstborn son (Jermelle Simon), the teenage son (Diamond Lyons) he fathered with another woman (Gabrielle Dennis) — and tolerate his sardonic sister-in-law (Wanda Sykes), all without a blueprint for success. But the Upshaws are determined to make it work, and make it to the next level, together.”

The ladies of Hollywood are stepping out for Variety‘s big event!

Kate Hudson, Eva Longoria, Jane Fonda, and Wanda Sykes were among the many stars that attended Variety’s 2025 Power of Women event on Wednesday evening (October 29) held at The Beverly Hills Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

“Power of Women is a seminal event that celebrates entertainment leaders whose actions and voices inspire crucial change,” Variety CEO and group publisher Michelle Sobrino-Stearns shared in a statement. “We’re proud to honor these remarkable women and to continue our valued partnership with Lifetime in showcasing their impact. Wanda Sykes is looking back at the infamous Oscars slap.

If you forgot, the 61-year-old comedian co-hosted the 2022 Oscars alongside Amy Schumer and Regina Hall. During the ceremony, Will Smith jumped on stage and slapped Chris Rock across the face after he cracked a joke about Jada Pinkett Smith.

In a new interview with Variety, Wanda was asked about hosting the Oscars, which the reporter noted is “usually a career highlight” for stand-up comedians.
