It was couples night out at the 2024 British Film Independent Awards held at The Roundhouse on Sunday (December 8) in London.
Michael Fassbender and Alicia Vikander, and fairly newlyweds Jack Lowden and Saoirse Ronan were among the celebs who were in attendance at the annual awards show, celebrating British independent films.
The big winner of the night was Michael‘s musical comedy Kneecap, which picked up several awards.

British GQ hosted its biggest party of the year with The Bear‘s Jeremy Allen White and Doctor Who‘s Ncuti Gatwa among the honorees!
The 26th annual GQ Men of the Year event, in association with BOSS, was held on Wednesday night (November 15) at the Royal Opera House in London, England.
The other honorees included Andrew Scott and Phoebe Bridgers‘ band Boygenius.
Guests enjoyed a drinks reception and candlelit dinner held in the Royal Opera House’s Paul Hamlyn Hall and toasts were made by Ebon Moss-Bachrach for Jeremy, Jodie Turner-Smith for Ncuti, Dan Levy for Boygenius, and Phoebe Waller-Bridge for Andrew.

The new movie Home Sweet Home Alone is streaming now on Disney+ and the cast stepped out to celebrate in the Big Apple!
Ellie Kemper, Rob Delaney, Aisling Bea, and young star Archie Yates gathered to hand out holiday treats to fans on Friday morning (November 12) in New York City.
Home Sweet Home Alone follows Max Mercer (Yates), a mischievous and resourceful young boy who has been left behind while his family is in Japan for the holidays. So when a married couple (Kemper, Delaney) attempting to retrieve a priceless heirloom set their sights on the Mercer family’s home, it is up to Max to protect it from the trespassers…and he will do whatever it takes to keep them out.

The film is set to debut on Disney+ on November 12, 2021.
Archie Yates is starring, with Ellie Kemper, Rob Delaney, Aisling Bea, Kenan Thompson, Tim Simons, Pete Holmes, Devin Ratray, Ally Maki, and Chris Parnell.

Joaquin Phoenix suits up while attending the 2020 EE British Academy Film Awards Nominees Party on Saturday (February 1) at Kensington Palace in London, England.
Taron Egerton was at the event alongside his longtime girlfriend Emily Thomas. They are both nominated for Best Actor for their work in Joker and Rocketman, respectively.
Also in attendance at the event were Joaquin‘s Joker co-stars Zazie Beetz (with boyfriend David Rysdahl) and Robert De Niro, who is nominated for Best Picture for producing The Irishman.
More stars at the party included The Two Popes‘ Best Actor nominee Jonathan Pryce, 1917‘s Dean-Charles Chapman and George Mackay, plus Andy Serkis and Aisling Bea.
Taron‘s Rocketman director Dexter Fletcher, who is nominated for Best British Film, was there to represent the film with him.
Paul Rudd is all smiles in a suit while attending the season premiere of his new Netflix series Living With Yourself held at Arclight Hollywood on Wednesday (October 16) in Los Angeles.
The 50-year-old actor was joined at the event by his co-stars Aisling Bea, Eden Malyn, Ginger Gonzaga and Rob Yang, as well as showrunner Tim Greenberg, executive producers Jeff Stern, Anthony Bregman and Tony Hernandez, as well as directors Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris.

Additional special guests included Malin Akerman and her husband Jack Donnelly, Chris O’Dowd, Barrett Foa, Gloria Calderon Kellett, Hayley Orrantia and Blanca Blanco.
Paul on the increasingly blurred line between film and TV: At the end of the day, I think any actor just wants to work on something they like,” Paul Rudd told Independent. “The material’s good, the writing’s good, the character’s interesting. People watch their movies on TV now. People watch their movies on phones now. So this was just, ‘This is an interesting character. The themes are really unique. I like the material.’ I’m not thinking of it anywhere beyond that.”
