Reese Witherspoon is hosting a special event for the new season of Jennifer Garner‘s Apple TV series!

The longtime friends posed for photos together on the red carpet at The Last Thing He Told Me Season Two Tastemaker Event on Thursday (February 12) held at The West Hollywood EDITION in West Hollywood, Calif.

Joining the ladies at the event were fellow cast members Judy Greer, Rita Wilson, and Angourie Rice along with Laura Dave, who wrote the book series the show is based on.

Get ready for the return of Jennifer Garner‘s hit thriller series!

On Wednesday (January 21), Apple TV debuted the trailer for season two of The Last Thing He Told Me, which the 53-year-old Golden Globe-winning actress stars in alongside Angourie Rice and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau.

In season two of The Last Thing He Told Me, “when Owen (Coster-Waldau) shows up after five years on the run, Hannah (Garner) and her stepdaughter Bailey (Rice) find themselves in a race to figure out how to reunite their family before the past catches up to them.”

Vanity Fair and Instagram are hosting a massive, star-studded event to celebrate the stars of Young Hollywood!

Vanities: A Night For Young Hollywood took place on Wednsday night (February 26), and was co-hosted by Aaron Pierre, Anna Sawai, Keke Palmer, and Monica Barbaro at Bar Marmont in Los Angeles.

The event was part of VF’s Campaign Hollywood, an annual event series leading up to the 2025 Oscars. The party is a celebration of the year’s exceptional performances and highlights rising artists, storytellers, and innovators who are moving the culture forward.

Tequila Don Julio was the exclusive tequila sponsor, curating cocktails for the evening with a popup 1942 minibar. There were bites from Angelini Osteria and Devin Lucien and DJ Equal provided entertainment throughout the event.

The stars of The Last Thing He Told Me are hard at work on season 2!

Jennifer Garner, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, and Angourie Rice filmed scenes for the upcoming season of the Apple TV+ thriller series at a park on Tuesday afternoon (January 21) in Los Angeles.

If you didn’t know, Apple TV+ renewed The Last Thing He Told Me for a second season back in March 2024. Season one of the show follows Hannah (Garner), a woman who must forge a relationship with her 16-year-old stepdaughter Bailey (Rice) in order to find the truth about why her husband (Coster-Waldau) has mysteriously disappeared.

The first season was based on Laura Dave‘s book by the same name, and season two will follow a sequel novel, also written by Laura, set to be released later this year.

It was recently announced that one of Jennifer‘s 13 Going on 30 co-stars had joined the cast of The Last Thing He Told Me for season 2!
