Christina Ricci Briefly Lived with Dan Bucatinsky When She Was 17

Dan Bucatinsky is taking a trip down memory lane!

On Thursday (March 6), the 59-year-old Scandal alum made an appearance at longtime friend Christina Ricci‘s Hollywood Walk of Fame Ceremony where he revealed that she briefly lived with him and now-husband Don Roos over 25 years ago.

Keep reading to find out more…While speaking during the ceremony, Dan said that Christina, now 45, lived with him for three months after she finished filming Don‘s 1998 movie The Opposite of Sex.

Christina, who was 17 at the time, told her mom that she was staying with Dan and Don before she even discussed it with them.

While they were “delighted” to have Christina living with them, Dan admitted that he had one small complaint.

“We had a room for her, and like any typical teen, it was a mess! But movie-star mess, so what were we gonna say?” Dan recalled, via EW. “Strewn on the bed and the closets were elements of couture, even a feather belt, I recall, because I squealed audibly. All these looks from photo shoots and fashion shows.”

“Yes, from a very early age, Christina has been a fashionista,” he continued. “A staple at international fashion weeks, wearing designers from A to Z, Armani to Zac Posen and everything in between. All clothes that, apparently, didn’t need to be hung up. Just tossed, stuffed under the bed.”

“After one particular photo shoot at our house, I remember a pair of shoes, boots really, that were kind of awesome. And, Christina, you didn’t want them. Or at least that’s what I told myself,” Dan said while holding up the boots. “I haven’t not tried them on, that’s for sure.”

He then turned to Christina and said, “This is what happens, young lady, when you leave your clothes on the floor. There are other things as well, which I will not embarrass you with.”

Dan concluded his speech by holding up the boots again and saying, “These are mine now.”
