'Paradise' Season 2 Cast Changes: 9 Main Actors Returning, 2 Surprise Returns Confirmed, & 6 Exciting Stars Join Hulu Show

The second season of Paradise has arrived and there are some big changes to the cast, including some surprise returns.

The Hulu series became a big hit at the beginning of 2025 and it went on to earn several Emmy and Golden Globe nominations.

The show’s creator Dan Fogelman confirms he has a three-season plan for the series and there are some surprises in store for season two, including the return of some unexpected cast members.

“We have this very precise three-year plan, and this next season coming is kind of the middle episode of our trilogy with also its own beginning, middle and end,” Dan told THR. “We have a three-season story that’s bigger than what people think it is right now, and it’s going to span a couple of genres.”

Based on the events at the end of season one, you’ll be surprised by some of these updates. We also know of six exciting stars who have joined the cast!

'Scrubs' Revival Cast Reunites for Red Carpet Premiere: Zach Braff & Many More Attend!

Zach Braff, Donald Faison, and Sarah Chalke are back together with the cast of Scrubs to celebrate the return of the beloved series!

The actors hit the red carpet for the premiere event on Monday night (February 23) at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles.

Also in attendance were fellow returning actors John C. McGinley, Judy Reyes, Robert Maschio, Neil Flynn, and Phill Lewis, plus new cast members Rachel Bilson, Vanessa Bayer, Joel Kim Booster, Ava Bunn, Jacob Dudman, David Gridley, Layla Mohammadi, Amanda Morrow, Andy Ridings, and Lisa Gilroy.

The revival series picks up 16 years later. Here’s a synopsis: J.D. and Turk scrub in together for the first time in a long time: Medicine has changed; interns have changed; but their bromance has stood the test of time. Characters new and old navigate the waters of Sacred Heart with laughter, heart and some surprises along the way.

Scrubs returns with a two-episode premiere on Wednesday, February 25th on ABC, and streaming next day on Hulu.

Froy Gutierrez, Karen Fukuhara, Janet Montgomery, & More Join Cast of 'The Rookie: North' Pilot

The Rookie spinoff pilot The Rookie: North has just added several familiar faces to its cast!

Froy Gutierrez, Janet Montgomery, Karen Fukuhara, Mya Lowe, and newcomer Malik Watson have joined alongside previously announced stars Jay Ellis and Chris Sullivan, reports Deadline.

Froy is known for his roles in Teen Wolf, The Strangers: Chapter 1, and Cruel Summer. He was also recently in the first season of I Love LA. He will play Odell Chance, a confident an athletic new rookie.

Salem and New Amsterdam fans will recognize Janet. She’s playing Charlotte Dru, Alex Holland’s (Jay Ellis) training officer. Karen stars in The Boys and Suicide Squad and is playing Odell’s training officer.

Maya is best known for My Life with the Walter Boys, Yellowjackets, and Murder in a Small Town. She has been cast as another new rookie named Elora Howe. Malik is her training officer, Mark Lewis.

The Rookie: North centers on Alex, “who believed his midlife wasn’t worthy of a crisis. But after a violent home invasion ignites a dormant purpose, Alex battles a lifetime of failed commitments in Los Angeles by joining the Pierce County Police Department in Washington as its oldest rookie.”

“Policing from the urban coast to the rural forest, where backup isn’t just five minutes away, Alex must prove to his skeptical training officer, his fellow rookies and himself that he’s finally found something worthy of the fight.”

The Rookie creator Alexi Hawley wrote the pilot episode and will direct. It is set to begin production this month in Vancouver.

Kirsten Storms Returns to 'General Hospital' After Taking Six-Month Break to Recover from Brain Aneurysm

Maxie has woken up from her coma on General Hospital and Kirsten Storms is officially back on the show after a six-month break.

The 41-year-old actress took a leave of absence from the ABC soap opera series after being diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. She underwent surgery in October 2025 and shared an update on her condition a couple months later.

Maxie’s return happened during the episode that aired on Thursday (February 12).
