The 49-year-old actor, who played Ryan in Yellowstone, will reunite with Taylor Sheridan for a series regular role in the upcoming season of the Paramount+ series.

There is some slightly surprising TV show renewal news this morning: Lioness is returning for a third season at Paramount+!
The reason why the news is surprising is many thought the Taylor Sheridan-series aired season two just about a year ago in October 2024, and there had not been much word since about the show’s fate.
Season two starred Zoe Saldaña, Nicole Kidman, Morgan Freeman, Michael Kelly, and more. So far, we don’t have word who will be returning for the third season.

The spy thriller series is currently in its second season, and follows a CIA officer running a classified program that places female assets behind enemy lines.
In season two, as the CIA’s fight against terror moves closer to home, Joe (Zoe Saldaña), Kaitlyn (Nicole Kidman), and Byron (Michael Kelly) enlist a new Lioness operative to infiltrate a previously unknown threat. With pressure mounting from all sides, Joe is forced to confront the profound personal sacrifices she has made as the leader of the Lioness program.
As the second season is nearing an end, fans are naturally curious about a potential Season 3.

Zoe Saldana gets support from husband Marco Perego while attending the Los Angeles premiere of her show Lioness at the Linwood Dunn Theater on Wednesday night (October 23).
The 46-year-old actress wowed on the red carpet in a red and pink dress with a high slit up the front. Her longtime love let her take centerstage, complementing her in monochromatic black.

The series is inspired by an actual U.S. Military program and centers on Zoe‘s character Joe, who works with the CIA to take down terrorists.
