Anne Hathaway spread the love at the God’s Love We Deliver 2025 Golden Heart Awards!

The 42-year-old actress was seen hugging Broadway star Audra McDonald and Gigi Hadid on the carpet at the event, held at Cathedral of St. John the Divine on Monday (October 20) in New York City.

Anne and Audra were both honored at the event, with Gigi presenting to Anne with the Golden Heart award for Outstanding Philanthropy & Volunteerism, and designer/co-chair Michael Kors presenting to Audra with the Michael Kors Award for Outstanding Philanthropy, Artistry, and Activism.

Some of Broadway‘s biggest stars came together on their night off to celebrate the Entertainment Community Fund, an organization previously known as the Actors Fund.

Nicole Scherzinger, Denzel Washington, and Idina Menzel were among the celebs who hit the red carpet on Monday night (April 21) at the Marriot Marquis in New York City.

Denzel was honored with the Entertainment Community Fund Medal of Honor alongside fellow Oscar winner Ariana DeBose and theater owner James L. Nederlander.

The Entertainment Community Fund fosters stability and resiliency, and provides a safety net for performing arts and entertainment professionals over their lifespan. The fund envisions a world in which individuals contributing to our country’s cultural vibrancy are supported, valued and economically secure.

The stars of many Broadway shows, including Darren Criss and Joy Woods, were also there.

The event, hosted by Michael Urie, was held just weeks before Tony nominations are announced and many of these actors are frontrunners to get recognized by the American Theatre Wing.

Sarah Hyland and Ryan McCartan are back on Broadway in the musical The Great Gatsby and they celebrated their debuts at an exclusive party this week!

The actors were joined by fellow Broadway stars like Nicole Scherzinger and Jinkx Monsoon on Monday night (February 24) at The Rickey in New York City.

Other guests included Kenny Ortega, J Harrison Ghee, Emily Bergl, Michelle Pawk, and Kerry Butler.

Ryan and Sarah are currently leading the Broadway production of The Great Gatsby as Jay Gatsby and Daisy Buchanan as the show heads into its second year. Get tickets now!

Laura Benanti is being celebrated by the Broadway community!

The Tony-winning actress was presented with a special award at the Broadway Dreams Gala on Saturday (December 7) at the Plaza Hotel in New York City.

“Through her exceptional talent, versatility, and commitment to supporting arts education and other charitable causes, Laura Benanti serves as a powerful inspiration for our Dreamers and young artists worldwide,” Broadway Dreams founder Annette Tanner said in a statement.

The event also honored Carnival Cruise Line president Christine Duffy with the Founder’s Award.

Laura was joined at the event by her husband Patrick Brown. Other attendees included Jonathan Bennett and husband Jaymes Vaughn, Tony winners J. Harrison Ghee and Alex Newell, and Broadway choreographer and director Spencer Liff.

Founded in 2006, Broadway Dreams offers mentorship-driven performing arts training programs throughout the year. It draws on a wide network of teaching artists from the Broadway community and inspires students to awaken their highest potential.

J Harrison Ghee brings a little extra something to the 2024 Met Gala on Monday evening (May 6) at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.

The 34-year-old Broadway star wore a colorful, feathered look complete with a giant bow on the back. Their wig was also reminiscent of a bug’s eyes and antennae.

This is their second time attending the annual fashion event, after making their debut the year before.

The following month after J Harrison Ghee‘s Met debut, they made history at the 2023 Tony Awards, becoming the first non-binary performer to win Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Musical for their work as Jerry/Daphne in the musical Some Like It Hot.

Scarlett Johansson was honored for her charity work at the 2023 Golden Heart Awards and she opened up about why it’s important for her to be philanthropic.

The Oscar-nominated actress and Ben Platt were both honored at God’s Love We Deliver’s 17th annual gala on Monday night (October 16) in New York City.

Scarlett and Ben were lauded for their work on behalf of AIDS, cancer, food, hunger and inclusion. The event featured a performance from Tony winner J. Harrison Ghee and it was directed by actor Erich Bergen.

“For organizations like this, being able to have fundraisers and get people to come out, that is a massive part of their every year annual raise,” Scarlett told Access. “So, if I can do anything to help the organization get more eyeballs, get more volunteers, get more donations, it’s the least I can do.”
