Hallmark Channel has shared a gallery of photos from the upcoming 13th season of long-running series When Calls the Heart!

The show, led by actors Erin Krakow and Kevin McGarry, will return on Sunday, January 4.

In season 13, the town of Hope Valley comes together in the wake of a devastating wildfire. Schoolteacher Elizabeth Thornton (Krakow) and Mountie Nathan Grant’s (McGarry) romance reaches new heights.

A description of episode one reveals, “Hope Valley prepares for the opening of Goldie National Park. Elizabeth, Nathan, Allie, and Little Jack return home, but is it for just the weekend?”

The season 13 photos include returning guest star Brooke Shields, along with actors like Jack Wagner, Pascale Hutton, Kavan Smith, Viv Leacock, Ben Rosenbaum, and so many more.

When Calls The Heart is one of the biggest Hallmark Channel shows, and one of the most popular shows on TV.

The fan-favorite series kicked off Season 12 at the beginning of 2025, with new episodes rolling out weekly.

Inspired by Janette Oke’s bestselling book series about the Canadian West, the show centers around the story of a schoolteacher and single mother, Elizabeth Thornton, in the quaint town of Hope Valley. With the help and guidance of the townspeople and her friends, she adjusts to the ever-changing times and the people that enter her life.

When Calls the Heart season 12 finally debuts tonight (January 5) on the Hallmark Channel!

In Season 12 of When Calls the Heart, love flourishes for schoolteacher Elizabeth Thornton and Mountie Nathan Grant as they embrace the joy of new romance. Reporter Rosemary Coulter and retired Mountie Bill Avery team up once again to investigate a train robbery, while Governor Lucas Bouchard and Mayor Lee Coulter quite literally find common ground. The community comes together to celebrate and support each other through a season of discovering passions, leaps of faith, and a whole lot of dancing. When Calls the Heart season 12 is coming soon to the Hallmark Channel!

If you don’t know, the smash-hit TV show was renewed for season 12 earlier this year after a successful season 11.

Now, Hallmark has confirmed a release date for the new season, and debuted a short teaser featuring Erin Krakow, Kevin McGarry and others! They also introduced new guest star Melissa Gilbert.
