Leonardo DiCaprio is being honored!

The 51-year-old Oscar-winning actor was named Entertainer of the Year at TIME’s 2025 A Year in TIME event on Wednesday evening (December 11) held at Current at Chelsea Piers in New York City.

During the event, Leo appeared on stage with frequent collaborator Martin Scorsese for a conversation.

The TIME Person of the Year recognizes the individual or group who most influenced the world over the past year.

Fellow honorees in attendance included Athlete of the Yer A’ja Wilson and the stars of KPop Demon Hunters, who were named Breakthrough of the Year.

Other stars in attendance at the event included Mark Ronson, Gayle King, LL Cool J, Diane Von Furstenberg, and Porsha Williams.

In his new profile with TIME, Leo shared his philosophy for why he’s so private when it comes to his personal life.

Fans have been praising Taylor Swift‘s songwriting for quite some time, and now she has a chance at receiving a formal recognition.

The 35-year-old entertainer is among the nominees for the upcoming 2026 Songwriters Hall of Fame class, joining several big names being recognized for the contributions to songwriting, according to Deadline.

The 57-year-old superstar, who is also the host of the evening, posed on the red carpet alongside wife Simone Smith at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday (September 7) at UBS Arena in Elmont, New York.

The two twinned in coordinating outfits on the red carpet. The couple are celebrating 30 years of marriage this year!

LL Cool J previously co-hosted the show in 2022 alongside Nicki Minaj and Jack Harlow.

LL Cool J is set to host the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards!

The 57-year-old entertainment icon will take the stage solo for the first time to emcee the big event, which airs live coast-to-coast from New York’s UBS Arena on Sunday, September 7 at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT on CBS. The show will also simulcast on MTV and stream on Paramount+ in the U.S.

LL Cool J previously co-hosted the show in 2022 alongside Nicki Minaj and Jack Harlow.

LL Cool J is returning to the NCIS universe tonight, and we have photos and quotes from him about his journey back to playing Sam Hanna!

If you don’t know, the 57-year-old entertainer starred as the character in NCIS: Los Angeles, and has also appeared on the Hawaii spinoff, as well as the OG series in the past.

On the episode airing tonight (April 21), he will reprise the role once again!

The ep is titled “After the Storm” and has the following description: When a trio of combat vets are found murdered in a D.C. motel room, NCIS tracks down a suspect who refuses to talk to anyone but Sam Hanna.

CBS revealed that NCIS: Los Angeles star LL Cool J will be returning in his role as Sam Hanna in the main NCIS series on April 21.
