Trisha Yearwood celebrates getting her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame!
The 60-year-old country singer accepted the major honor on Monday (March 24) in Los Angeles. Her husband, Garth Brooks, sat beside her, and looked emotional during the ceremony, seemingly wiping away tears.
During Trisha‘s speech, she gave a heartfelt shoutout to Garth.
“[He has] been a cheerleader and as many accolades and awards as he has won, I never see him get more excited than he does when I receive something. For all the people that want this for me, nobody wants it more than you. I appreciate you for being my support,” she said, per People.
Other country stars in attendance were Reba McEntire, Carly Pearce, and Cody Alan, who all spoke at the event to support Trisha.

The stars are hitting the red carpet in Nashville!
Carrie Underwood and husband Mike Fisher joined Blake Shelton and wife Gwen Stefani at NBC’s Opry 100: A Live Celebration on Wednesday evening (March 19) held at The Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Calif.
Other stars in attendance included Reba McEntire, Kelsea Ballerini, Luke Combs, and Brad Paisley,
Hosted by Blake, the even is honoring the Grand Ole Opry’s milestone 100th anniversary. If you don’t know, the Grand Ole Opry is considered country music’s biggest stage.

The 2024 CMA Country Christmas special is here!
The Country Music Association is airing its annual hour-long holiday TV special on Tuesday, December 3 at on ABC at 8 p.m. ET.
The special was filmed in Nashville, Tenn., featuring a bunch of performers across genres from gospel to country pop.
The special will first air on ABC then will be available to stream the next day on Hulu or Disney+.
For the second year in a row, the special will be hosted by country stars Amy Grant and Trisha Yearwood.
The two are set to perform Amy‘s “Sing Your Praise to the Lord” and Tom Stacks‘ “Santa Claus Is Coming to Town” together.
They will also have solo performances, with Amy singing “Tennessee Christmas” and Trisha performing a “fun and festive Christmas medley,” via the Country Music Association.

- King & Country and Carin León will perform “O Come, O Come Emmanuel”
- Cody Johnson will perform “White Christmas” and “I’ll Be Home for Christmas”
- Ashley McBryde and Brittney Spencer will perform “Man with the Bag”
- Jon Pardi will perform his song “400 Horsepower Sleigh”
- CeCe Winans will perform “Joy to the World”
King & Country & Fathom have extended their theatrical run of their movie – “A Drummer Boy Christmas Live: The Cinematic Concert Experience” through December 12th. Trisha Yearwood sparkles on the red carpet at the 2024 CMT Music Awards held at Moody Center on Sunday (April 7) in Austin, Tex.
The 59-year-old singer was seen arriving with her sister Beth Bernard by her side!
Trisha is set to be honored with the June Carter Cash Humanitarian Award for her work with Habitat for Humanity, Dottie’s Yard, American Cancer Society and more.
For her special honor, Jane Seymour (in Alice & Olivia) will be taking the stage to present Trisha with the award.
Trisha will also be performing!
