'Outlander' 8th & Final Season Cast: 3 Actors Join, 15 Stars Set to Return & 1 Star Exits

Outlander spans the genres of romance, science-fiction, history and adventure in one epic tale. It follows the story of Claire Randall, a married combat nurse from 1945, who is mysteriously swept back in time to 1743 Scotland. When forced to marry Jamie Fraser, a chivalrous young Scottish warrior, Claire’s heart is torn between two vastly different men in two irreconcilable lives.

At the time of this post, we currently do not have a release date for season eight, but stay tuned as more details are announced by Starz!

If you didn’t know, a new prequel series is coming out, Outlander: Blood of My Blood, and a teaser has been released. The new show will premiere on the network in the summer.
