Kaitlyn Bristowe is addressing those Sasha Farber dating rumors!

Earlier this month, the 40-year-old Bachelorette star and the 41-year-old Dancing with the Stars pro sparked romance rumors when he took to Instagram and posted a steamy video of them dancing at his home

Along with the intimate video, Sasha wrote, “Stay forever @kaitlynbristowe.”

After making a surprise appearance on the 20th birthday episode of DWTS on Tuesday (November 11), Kaitlyn responded to the dating rumors.

Tori – who was voted off first while appearing on season 33 of DWTS – said, “I wish I had known you before because then I could have gotten some tips on what to do.”

“I just would have said don’t injure yourself,” Kaitlyn told her. “That’s just — that was like my main focus, was to stop getting injured all the time.”

Although she said it was “worth the injuries,” Kaitlyn shared that along with cracking her ribs, she also pulled a muscle under her ribs.

“My tendonitis will flare up every time I wear heels now,” she added.

Despite the lingering pain all these years later, Kaitlyn is ready to do DWTS all over again.

“I’m like, I’ll do it again,” she said.

Tori then said that she didn’t know the potential for injury before joining DWTS last year.

“Those are things they do not tell you when they’re like, ‘You should sign on. And, like, you can do as much training as you want, as little training as you want, you know, whatever makes you comfortable,’” Tori noted.

Kaitlyn then admitted that she confronted friend and fellow Bachelor Nation star Hannah Brown, who won DWTS the year before her, about the toll the show would have on her body.

“I was like, ‘Why did you not prepare me?’” Kaitlyn recalled. “And she was like, ‘I don’t think people should prepare them because then they won’t do it.’”

Kaitlyn then noted that Hannah ended up sending her “a foot massage bath thing that I just, like, would soak my feet in,” adding that Hannah told her, “It’’s so worth it, but, like, it would be scary to know how much work and, like, injury you go through to get to the end.”

Kaitlyn Bristowe is putting ex Jason Tartick on blast over the name he gave his dog.

If you didn’t know, the two Bachelor Nation stars dated for four years before splitting in 2023.

During the new episode of her Off the Vine podcast, Kaitlyn, 39, revealed that Jason, 36, gave his new golden retriever the baby name she was hoping to use one day in the future.

She then revealed that Jason named his new dog Teddy, which was her dream baby name.

“I’m making this clear—it’s not that I’m not over him,” Kaitlyn explained. “I’m very much over him. I ended the relationship I did not want to be in that it felt icky to me.”

“I did not want to be in it, but to get a dog and name that dog my dream baby name that I’ve had in my baby names for 10 years,” she continued. “I even have a text that says to him, I said, the day I met him, ‘I want to name my baby Teddy.’”

Kaitlyn then went on to explain why the situation hurts her so much.

“I know I seem very angry, but it’s more like, I don’t like feeling disrespected,” Kaitlyn said. “And I just have so many gross feelings from that, because for so long I was made to feel crazy, and now I’m like, ‘Oh, I’m not crazy. I just saw what other people are seeing now.’”

She also said that ultimately, she and Jason weren’t “aligned,” explaining, “What I want out of life is not what he wants, and that is what two people shouldn’t be together like that. So I’m not fully angry. I’m just really grossed out and disappointed.”

“This will probably be the last time I will ever speak on him ever again, because I didn’t for so long, and that felt really good, because I had let it go,” Kaitlyn added.

Jason first revealed on Instagram that he adopted Teddy back in early March and at the time, he asked fans to help him pick out a name for the dog. In the comment section, Teddy was indeed a top contender.

In another recent episode of her podcast, Kaitlyn reflected on her breakup with former fiancé Shawn Booth.

After months of speculation, it was revealed that a previous Bachelorette, Kaitlyn Bristowe, is dating another former Bachelorette’s ex.

The 39-year-old Bachelor Nation star was a guest on the “U, Up?” podcast on Sunday (August 25) with hosts Jordana Abraham and comedian Jared Freid.

The Bachelorette alum seemingly spoke about her newfound relationship with Zac Clark, who also happens to be Tayshia Adams‘ ex-fiancé. Zac won Tayshia’s season of The Bachelorette.

Kaitlyn told Jordana and Jared on the podcast that she did reach out to Bachelor Nation star, seemingly Tayshia, to give her a heads up about her upcoming date.

If you aren’t up to speed, Kaitlyn said that after her 2023 split with ex-fiance, Jason Tartick, another Bachelor nation alum reached out to her to ask for a date. Reading between the lines, it’s likely she’s speaking about Zac Clark here.

Kaitlyn spoke about the situations leading up to her night with Zac on the “U, Up?” podcast. “I went on a date with somebody from the franchise and I reached out to the girl that he used to be with,” Kaitlyn explained, although she kept specific names out of it, “[She and I] hadn’t talked in months and, no, we’re not [friends]. We probably look like friends on the outside, but we’re not.”

This quote is what had fans of the franchise assuming it was Tayshia over someone else. For those who don’t know, after Chris Harrison was let go as the host of the series, Kaitlyn and Tayshia were brought on as co-hosts for season 18 and 19 of The Bachelorette. So, while it’s easy to assume the two are friends, according to Kaitlyn, they’re really not.

She described her message to The Bachelorette alum as a “pulse check” for her upcoming date.

“I texted her, ‘Hey, so-and-so DM’ed me and we’ve been chatting. I know you’re really happy in a relationship, so I don’t know this would bother you or not,’” Kaitlyn explained the events leading up to the phone call, “She called and was very upset. She said, ‘I always knew you were a bad person and you’ve confirmed it. Your true colors are showing.’ Then, I hung up and [thought,] ‘Now, I just want to send her a picture of me sucking his d–k.’”

After those comments, Kaitlyn has begun facing backlash online for her comment about sending such an intimate and explicit photo out of spite. Kaitlyn quickly backtracked on what she said, claiming that she “definitely didn’t mean” it.

Kaitlyn spoke up about her comments on the podcast and said, “Jared [Freid] is a comedian and sometimes I try to get him to laugh with shock value,” she replied to a fan comment, “I’m sorry to everyone who took offense to this. I’m feeling really quite terrible about it today.”

She then explained that “I like trying to make comedians laugh,” and attempted to use that as her reasoning for making the comment.

Truthfully, neither Kaitlyn nor Zac have confirmed their relationship, even after being spotted together multiple times since January 2024. Tayshia, on the other hand, has been linked with an alum of Summer House, Luke Gulbranson, for over a year now.

Back in January, when Kaitlyn and Zac were first spotted together, there were rumors of a cheating scandal and Kaitlyn having broken up Zac and Tayshia’s relationship. She’s heavily denied those rumors since.

And then Alan would be an absolute nightmare, but it would be really, like, he would take you far.”

The long-running ABC reality TV spinoff of The Bachelor debuted in January of 2003, and like the original show, finds one single bachelorette interacting with a pool of romantic interests, slowing eliminating contestants each week until a marriage proposal for his final selection.

Bachelor Nation’s Kaitlyn Bristowe is giving insight into her breakup with Jason Tartick and what may have happened that lead to the split.

The 38-year-old former Bachelorette told listeners on her Off the Vine podcast that nothing “bad” happened between them. If you don’t know, the pair announced their split earlier this month.

“I’ve never respected someone more through a breakup than I do with Jason. I think people assume if people break up, something bad happened. And I think that’s the hardest part of this whole breakup — nothing bad happened. It’s just been over time. We have both not made each other a priority,” she shared.

She continued, “You don’t have to choose sides — root for us both to be happy and grow and learn. It’s sad. We are both so sad. You know, you think you’re gonna spend your life with somebody … we’re grieving a loss.”

He now lives “down the street” and they still see each other as they share 2 dogs. She also did not totally close the door on one day perhaps getting back together.

“Maybe in six months from now, we go, ‘Yeah, this was the right move.’ And maybe in six months, we go, ‘You know what, I want to choose you.’ But we haven’t been choosing each other,” she shared.

Kaitlyn shared that she had struggled with just how to break the news to fans after dealing with it privately herself.

“I’ve gotten to this point where something like going through a breakup — it’s a loss, it’s grief, you’re going through, like, the thought of losing somebody, all of these big emotions — and now these people are on the other end of this phone expecting you to share it with them while you’re going through it,” she explained. “Then they think, ‘You’re hiding something from us, why wouldn’t you be honest? I thought you were an open book, I thought you were this and just tell us already that you guys are broken up.’”

Kaitlyn adds that she held “so much responsibility because I see them as this community that I’ve built for myself.”

That burden then led to fear of revealing the split with her and Jason.

“Even though I have the logistics side of my brain that goes, ‘These people have their own things going on. They have their own traumas, they have their own dark places, they’re looking to me for an escape, like, this isn’t reality. You have to give yourself time first before you give strangers on the internet time, no matter how much you think they’re your community or family,’” Kaitlyn says. “But then my other side goes, ‘Oh, my gosh, they hate me. I’m gonna lose all the support, and people are judging me. And they think it’s just all me and it’s my fault.’”

“My brain is, like, ‘Here’s the logic of everything. And then here’s the emotion,’ and I am finding myself in the middle of that.”

Kaitlyn and Jason announced their split with a joint statement on Monday.

The couple, who have been together for four years, and engaged for two of them, have announced that they have broken up and called off their engagement in a joint Instagram post.

Rumors first started last week about if Kaitlyn and Jason had split after a cryptic post.

In their joint statement, they wrote that they had shared the news of their split with friends and family first.

“…Taking the time to properly process it ourselves, we are saddened with heavy hearts to share that we have decided to end our engagement,” they continued. “We are thankful for all of you who gave us the time and space to process this life altering decision as there are many emotions and changes to navigate.”

They also shared that they will co-parent their dogs, Ramen and Pinot.

“Our dogs Ramen & Pinot will continue to be cared for together as brothers. While their humans are no longer romantically involved, we will love and take care of them together,” they wrote.

Kaitlyn and Jason then concluded, “Continuing our friendship is incredibly important to both of us. We feel grateful to be ending our engagement with love and respect for each other. It’s heartbreaking and sad to say goodbye, but our care and admiration for one another will never die.”

“We are beyond thankful for the memories made together, and for your support of us and the boys throughout the years. Moving forward we will always have that level of support for each other. We don’t know what the future holds so please try to hold space for us in your hearts.”

Last year, Kaitlyn had opened up about planning their wedding.

Just recently though, she revealed how much money she had made from her reality show gigs.

All of the stars showed up to cheer on their favs at the 2023 Kentucky Derby.

Arguably the biggest night in horse racing and the first race of the Triple Crown took place on Saturday (May 6) at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Kentucky.

The guestlist included the likes of Chris Pine, Jack Harlow and Anna Nicole Smith‘s 16-year-old daughter Dannielynn Birkhead.
