Virgin River season 7 is returning to Netflix next month, and they just debuted the new trailer!

Virgin River is a romance story centered around nurse practitioner Melinda Monroe’s (Alexandra Breckenridge) move to the remote California town of Virgin River. Yearning for a fresh start, Monroe discovered that small-town living isn’t quite as simple as she expected and that she had to learn to heal herself before she could truly make Virgin River her home.

Alexandra returns as a series regular this season, along with Martin Henderson, Tim Matheson, Annette O’Toole, Colin Lawrence, Benjamin Hollingsworth, Zibby Allen, Sarah Dugdale, Marco Grazzini, Kai Bradbury, and Kandyse McClure.

Season 7 returns on March 12, and it’s already renewed for an eighth season!

Virgin River season 7 is filming right now and star Alexandra Breckenridge is sharing an update on when fans might expect it to debut on Netflix.

The sixth season premiered in December 2024 and fans are wondering if they’ll get new episodes in 2025, or have to wait until 2026.

“I feel like I’m on day 857 of filming Season 7,” Alexandra said in an Instagram Story video that she posted on Thursday (June 5).
