'Halo' TV Series Canceled After 2 Seasons On Paramount+, Will Look For New Home

The Halo television adaptation is coming to an end… for now.

It was just announced on Thursday (July 18) that the TV series, based on the popular video game franchise, has been canceled by Paramount+ after just two seasons, according to THR.

However, this doesn’t necessarily mean that the show is over entirely.

'Halo' Season 2 - 13 Stars Returning, 2 Joining, 2 Promoted to Series Regulars!

Halo is back!

The hit Paramount+ series returns to the streamer for Season 2 on Thursday (February 8).

Via Paramount: In Season 2, Master Chief John-117 leads his team of elite Spartans against the alien threat known as the Covenant. In the wake of a shocking event on a desolate planet, John cannot shake the feeling that his war is about to change and risks everything to prove what no one else will believe – that the Covenant is preparing to attack humanity’s greatest stronghold. With the galaxy on the brink, John embarks on a journey to find the key to humankind’s salvation, or its extinction: the Halo.

Fans are very eager to know who is returning for the second season, and we already know who’s expected back – as well as some new faces!

HBO Max's 'Titans' Adds Three Stars for Season 4, Including Joseph Morgan!

The DC series Titans has added three actors for the upcoming fourth season and they all are playing villains.

The series originally streamed on the DC Universe website before moving to HBO Max in season three. The fourth season is about to go into production!

The three actors join the Titans cast, which includes Brenton Thwaites, Anna Diop, Teagan Croft, Ryan Potter, Conor Leslie, Curran Walters, and Joshua Orpin.

'Brave New World' is Cancelled by Peacock After One Season

Brave New World has been cancelled by Peacock.

The new streaming site announced on Wednesday (October 28) that they would not be renewing the show for a second season.

“There will not be Season 2 of Brave New World on Peacock,” Peacock said in a statement to Deadline. “[Showrunner] David Wiener created a thought-provoking and cinematic adaptation. We’re grateful to the cast and crew who brought this world to life. We look forward to telling more stories with David in the future.”

Based on the groundbreaking novel by Aldous Huxley, Brave New World imagines a utopian society that has achieved peace and stability through the prohibition of monogamy, privacy, money, family, and history itself. As citizens of New London, Bernard Marx (Harry Lloyd) and Lenina Crowne (Jessica Brown Findlay) embark on a vacation to the Savage Lands, where they become embroiled in a harrowing and violent rebellion. Bernard and Lenina are rescued by John the Savage (Alden Ehrenreich), who escapes with them back to New London. John’s arrival in the New World soon threatens to disrupt its utopian harmony, leaving Bernard and Lenina to grapple with the repercussions.

The show also starred Demi Moore, Kylie Bunbury, Hannah John-Kamen, Sen Mitsuji, Joseph Morgan, and Nina Sosanya.

According to reports, Brave New World is being shopped around to different outlets.

The upcoming series Brave New World has been given a premiere date – July 15!

The new series stars Solo‘s Alden Ehrenreich and is based on the groundbreaking novel by Aldous Huxley.

Jordan Peele & 'Us' Stars Check Out the Film's Maze at Universal Studios' Halloween Horror Nights Opening!

Jordan Peele walks the red carpet at the opening night of Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood last week in Universal City, Calif.

The Oscar-winning filmmaker’s movie Us was the inspiration for a maze featured at Horror Nights and he was joined by the film’s young stars Shahadi Wright Joseph and Evan Alex to check it out.

Ghostbusters star Dan Aykroyd and director Ivan Reitman were at the event to check out that film’s new maze as well!

Some more stars in attendance at the opening were Eli Roth, Kelly Osbourne, Pete Wentz, Jaime Camil, and The OriginalsJoseph Morgan with wife Persia White.

Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights will be open on select nights now through November 3.

Joseph Morgan Lands Lead in 'Gone Baby Gone' TV Show!

The OriginalsJoseph Morgan has landed a role in Fox’s untitled drama pilot based on the novel “Gone Baby Gone” by Dennis Lehane.

You may remember, the book also served as inspiration for the 2007 film directed by Ben Affleck and starring his brother Casey Affleck.

The show centers on “private detectives Patrick Kenzie (Morgan) and Angela Gennaro who, armed with their wits, their street knowledge and an undeniable chemistry, right wrongs the law can’t in the working-class Boston borough of Dorchester,” Deadline reports.

Joseph will be playing the role played by Casey Affleck in the 2007 movie.
