Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is coming!

Activision unveiled the next planned Call of Duty game from Treyarch and Raven Software at Xbox Games Showcase 2025 on Sunday (June 8).

With the debut of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 in 2024, this marks the first time ever that two Black Ops installments have been released back to back, per Variety.

The game is set in 2035, more than four decades after the events of Black Ops 6, and will star Milo Ventimiglia, Kiernan Shipka and Call of Duty alum Michael Rooker as voice and its motion capture actors.

Milo will play David Mason, a protagonist previously introduced in Black Ops 2, while Kiernan has been cast as Emma Kagan, and Michael is reprising his Black Ops 2 role of Mike Harper.

Microsoft is making gamers very happy!

The company just held its big 2024 Xbox Summer Showcase on June 9 at 1 p.m. ET, revealing a ton of video game titles – including sequels to fan-favorite franchises – and plenty of release dates to look forward to.

Plenty of the titles also came alongside stunning trailers, providing gamers with a first look at the in-game play.

Franchises include Fallout, Call of Duty, Skate, State of Decay, Metal Gear Solid, Diablo and Doom.

The Call of Duty universe is growing!

Microsoft’s Activision revealed a brand new title called Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 on Thursday (May 23) in the form of a short teaser.

There were no release date details revealed just yet, but the game developer says that more information will come after the Xbox Games Showcase on June 9, followed by a “Black Ops 6 Direct” presentation.

Calling all Barbz: Nicki Minaj is heading to Call of Duty!

Following weeks of rumors, it was officially confirmed that a Nicki Minaj operator is coming to Warzone and Modern Warfare II.

Nicki will be joining Snoop Dogg, who first became a playable Call of Duty character last year, and 21 Savage as part of an in-game celebration of the 50th anniversary of hip-hop.
