Demi Moore is stepping out to promote the new season of Landman!

The 63-year-old Oscar-nominated actress joined co-stars Ali Larter, Sam Elliott, and Andy Garcia at the For Your Consideration Event for the second season of their Paramount+ series on Saturday (December 13) held at the Pacific Design Center in Los Angeles.

Set in the proverbial boomtowns of West Texas, Landman “is a modern-day tale of fortune seeking in the world of oil rigs. Based on the 11-part podcast “Boomtown,” the series is an upstairs/downstairs story of roughnecks and wildcat billionaires fueling a boom so big, it’s reshaping our climate, our economy and our geopolitics.”

Here’s the synopsis for season 2: “As oil rises from the earth, so do secrets – and Tommy Norris’s (Billy Bob Thornton) breaking point may be closer than he realizes. Facing mounting pressure from M-Tex Oil, Cami Miller (Moore), and the shadow of his kin, survival in West Texas isn’t noble – it’s brutal. And sooner or later something’s got to break.”

New episodes of Landman are released on Sundays. Check out all of the shows Paramount+ has canceled and renewed so far in 2025.

Get ready for more Landman!

On Friday (December 5), Deadline confirmed that Paramount+ has renewed the Taylor Sheridan hit oil drama series for a third season.

The series, which is currently airing its second season, stars Billy Bob Thornton, Demi Moore, Ali Larter, Andy Garcia, and Sam Elliott.

Demi Moore and Billy Bob Thornton are hitting the red carpet!

The 62-year-old actress and the 70-year-old actor shared a sweet embrace as they attended the premiere of season two of their Paramount+ series Landman on Thursday evening (October 30) held at the Ted Mann Theater at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles.

Fellow cast members Ali Larter and Sam Elliott were also in attendance.

Here’s a synopsis: As oil rises from the earth, so do secrets – and Tommy Norris’s (Thornton) breaking point may be closer than he realizes. The Taylor Sheridan series is set in the proverbial boomtowns of West Texas and is a modern-day tale of fortune-seeking in the world of oil rigs. Based on the notable 11-part podcast “Boomtown” from Imperative Entertainment and Texas Monthly, the series is an upstairs/downstairs story of roughnecks and wildcat billionaires fueling a boom so big, it’s reshaping our climate, our economy and our geopolitics.

Billy Bob Thornton is returning for season two, alongside most of the season 1 cast. Sam Elliott is a new addition this season as well.

Also starring in the series are returning cast members Demi Moore, Andy Garcia, Ali Larter, Jacob Lofland, Michelle Randolph, and more.

One major cast member from season 1 is exiting the series.

Landman season two will premiere on November 16th on Paramount+!

The season two premiere date for Landman has just been revaeled!

Paramount+ unveiled the return of Billy Bob Thornton‘s hit series on Wednesday (August 13).
