SZA led the stars at the Hoppers world premiere!

The Grammy winner wrote and performed original end credit song “Save the Day” for the latest Disney/Pixar film. She took numerous photos with the cast, including Piper Curda, Jon Hamm, Bobby Moynihan, Dave Franco, and more, at the Los Angeles premiere held at El Capitan Theatre on Monday (February 23).

Dave‘s wife and actress Alison Brie came out to support him!

More Hoppers cast members like Eduardo Franco, Aparna Nancherla, Sam Richardson, Melissa Villaseñor, Nichole Sakura, and Vanessa Bayer were also in attendance.

Kathy Najimy, Tom Law, Isiah Whitlock Jr., Steve Purcell, Ego Nwodim, Meryl Streep, and Karen Huie lent their voices to the film but did not appear to be at the premiere.

Jason Ritter and Melanie Lynskey were among the celebrities not in the movie but still there to support the cast.

Hoppers will be released in theaters on March 6. Watch the trailer!

Matlock is returning for a second season in a few weeks, and CBS just revealed the first look photos from season 2, episode!

The ep is titled “The Before Times,” and the stills feature an interesting omission.

The series stars Kathy Bates as Madeline “Matty” Matlock, Skye P. Marshall as Olympia Lawrence, Jason Ritter as Julian, David Del Rio as Billy Martinez, Leah Lewis as Sarah Yang, and Beau Bridges as Senior.

However, one of the stars is absent from these photos.

Matlock season two is officially in production and we have all the photos from the first table read of the new season!

Kathy Bates joined the rest of the cast for the table read on Wednesday (July 9) at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles.

Also in attendance were Skye P. Marshall as Olympia Lawrence, Jason Ritter as Julian Markston, David Del Rio as Billy Martinez, Leah Lewis as Sarah Franklin, Aaron Harris as Alfie Kingston, Sam Anderson as Edwin Kingston, Beau Bridges as Howard “Senior” Markston, and Francisco Chacin as Stuart Gray.

Matlock‘s first season ended as television’s #1 new series and #2 series overall of the 2024-25 season.

Natasha Lyonne and Rian Johnson step out for the season two premiere of their show Poker Face held at Hollywood Legion Theater on Thursday (May 1) in Los Angeles.

The star and the creator of the mystery series posed in front of the Plymouth Barracuda that Natasha made her grand entrance in. If you watch the show, you’ll recognize the car as the one her character Charlie Cale drives!

Season two of the mystery-of-the-week series continues to follow Charlie, who has an extraordinary ability to determine when someone is lying. She hits the road with her Plymouth Barracuda and with every stop encounters a new cast of characters and strange crimes she can’t help but solve.

The new season will premiere May 8th on Peacock, with the first three episodes. New episodes will then roll out weekly on Thursdays. Check out the trailer here!

The Matlock season one finale has aired on CBS and we finally know the identity of the person who buried the WellBrexa file.

In the first episode of the Matlock reboot, Kathy Bates‘ character, Madeline “Matty” Matlock, was introduced as a woman who needed a job at a law firm, Jacobson Moore, in order to care for her late daughter’s son. Viewers believed this to be true – up until there were about 10 minutes left in the episode.

Audiences learned that Kathy‘s character is actually a rich, retired lawyer named Madeline Kingston who is going undercover at Jacobson Moore in hopes of discovering who was responsible for hiding papers that could have covered up evidence in the opioid crisis. Madeline’s daughter Ellie died of opioid use and she wants to take down the firm for defending the pharmaceutical company responsible for her daughter’s death.

While no one else at the law firm knew Matty’s secret throughout the season, her boss Olympia (Skye P. Marshall) finally discovered the truth in a recent episode. They worked together in the end to find out who hid those documents that would have kept opioids from being sold, leading to the death of Matty’s daughter.

Jason Ritter is having lots of fun on TikTok lately for his fun dances to Matlock‘s main jingle.

If you don’t know, on the CBS TV hit, he portrays one of the lawyers at Jacobson Moore, the fictional law firm central to the story of Madeline “Matty” Matlock (Kathy Bates) and her quest to get justice for her daughter’s death.

However, Jason‘s TikTok dances are causing fans of the series to talk. You’ll notice in his TikToks, he is sporting quite a prominent mustache on his face.

In the show, his character is clean shaven. This has led some to theorize that Jason is the culprit Matty is looking for (who allegedly hid important papers that could have helped the opioid crisis, which took her daughter’s life.) Many are guessing that because Jason is growing facial hair, it means that he won’t be involved in season two because he’ll be brought to justice in season one.

Matlock‘s two-part season finale is airing on Thursday (April 17), and CBS has dropped a sneak peek in the form of new images!

After Matty’s bombshell reveal to Olympia (Skye P. Marshall) in last week’s episode, it looks all but certain we will find out who hid those documents that would have kept opioids from being sold, leading to the death of Matty’s daughter.

Here’s the official synopsis for the episode: “When Sarah’s client is arrested after his business partner is found murdered, Billy attempts to help her handle the case while Matty and Olympia contend with a pressing confidential matter.”

About who the culprit is, Skye told TV Insider, “When we read the script, everybody gasped at the table read and it was 50% of ‘I knew it’ and 50% of ‘You got to be kidding me. I’m totally blindsided.’”

Series creator Jennie Snyder Urman teased, “Now that Olympia and Matty are working together, they are able to access answers that Matty was not able to get alone and drive towards figuring out who did what.”

We do know the main suspects right now: Olympia’s ex Julian (Jason Ritter) and his dad Senior (Beau Bridges). Who did it!? Tune in on Thursday to find out!
