Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson‘s feud dates back to nearly a decade ago, but it appears they’ve worked past their differences and are friends again.

For those who don’t know, Vin and Dwayne‘s feud goes back to 2016 when they worked together on the eighth movie in the Fast & Furious franchise. After he finished wrapping his scenes, Dwayne took to Instagram to call out his male co-stars and sources later revealed that his comments were targeted at Vin.

Vin shocked fans by posting a rare Instagram message with massive praise for Dwayne and his performance in the new movie The Smashing Machine.

Dwayne Johnson is hard at work promoting his new movie!

The 53-year-old wrestler turned actor stepped out for a fan event for The Smashing Machine on Tuesday (October 7) held at Plaza Toreo Parque Central in Mexico City, Mexico.

Dwayne wore a black silk shirt with bright yellow pants as he was joined at the event by the movie’s director Benny Safdie.

The Smashing Machine, which also stars Emily Blunt, tells the story of legendary mixed martial arts and UFC fighter Mark Kerr. You can watch the trailer here.

After the movie flopped at the box office during opening weekend, Dwayne took to Instagram to react.

Dwayne Johnson is speaking out after his new movie The Smashing Machine becoming his lowest opening weekend ever.

The 53-year-old actor’s latest movie hit theaters this past weekend and while A24 spent $50 million to produce the movie, it only made $6 million at the box office, according to Variety.

On Monday (October 6), Dwayne took to Instagram to react to The Smashing Machine flopping at the box office.

Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt are continuing the press tour for their movie The Smashing Machine ahead of the theatrical release this weekend.

The co-stars walked the red carpet together at the L.A. premiere on Monday night (September 29) at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Los Angeles.

Also in attendance were co-stars Ryan Bader, Bas Rutten, and Satoshi Ishii, as well as writer and director Benny Safdie. Real-life subjects Mark Kerr, Dawn Staples, and Mark Coleman were all there as well.

The co-stars walked the red carpet together for the event on Wednesday night (September 24) at Odeon Luxe West End in London, England.

They were joined at the event by writer and director Benny Safdie and Dwayne‘s 24-year-old daughter Simone, who now goes by her WWE wrestling name Ava Raine.

The longtime friends and frequent collaborators posed together on the black carpet at the premiere of The Smashing Machine on Monday (September 22) held at Zoo Palast in Berlin, Germany.

For the big event, Dwayne, 53, sported a gray blazer, white button-down shirt, and black pants while Emily, 42, donned a black and shimmering, nude-colored dress.

Also in attendance was Benny Safdie, who wrote and directed the upcoming A24 film.
