Punch the Monkey has taken over the internet with so many new admirers around the world after a video of him went viral.
The Japanese macaque was rescued by the Ichikawa City Zoo in Japan after he was abandoned. He quickly developed a bond with his orangutan plushie, which he walks around with and sleeps with at night.
A recent video has gone viral showing Punch being bullied by other monkeys at the zoo, leading him to rush to his plushie for emotional comfort. The video has received millions of views and now he has so many fans around the world.
