Kim Kardashian is diving into the beverage space!

The 45-year-old entertainer and businesswoman has hopped on board the relaunch of the caffeine free energy drink Update, and it’s coming out very soon.

Update originally launched in 2022, but Kim didn’t join the brand until 2023 after she was already drinking it and started sending “unsolicited advice,” before officially joining the team.

As revealed in a video shared to her Instagram, after Kim became part of the business, she helped remarket the packaging to make it less “masculine” and more “calm.” Plus, she also helped reformulate the taste of the drink.

Since the drink doesn’t have caffeine, where does the energy come from?

According to Forbes, the beverage “uses paraxanthine, the compound the human body naturally forms from caffeine, rather than caffeine itself, an approach the company says ‘eliminates the crash, jitters, and overstimulation’ of traditional energy drinks.”

The upcoming relaunch will see Update‘s five flavors (berry, grape, peach, mandarin and pineapple) in 4,000 Walmart stores nationwide, beginning THIS Sunday (March 1). More flavors are on the way too!

“2026 is really about expansion and evolution for us,” Kim shared in a statement with WWD. “This is only the beginning. We have new flavors coming that I’m so excited about — and flavors are not what you typically see in the energy space. We’re also constantly evolving — new ideas, new ways to experience Update. We’re building something modern and fun, but still really aligned with wellness and quality.”

“It immediately aligned with how I think about wellness and energy. I’m someone who moves at a really intense pace but still prioritizes focus, balance and what I put in my body,” she added. “The energy category can feel loud and Update offers something different — a more intentional approach designed for sustaining energy. It became part of my routine very naturally.”

Back in January, Kim was spotted on the set of her new Netflix movie The Fifth Wheel, where she was seen carrying a can of Update, with the old design, of course.

The 51-year-old actor was playfully mocked by the 2026 Golden Globes host Nikki Glaser during her opening monologue.

At one point, while teasing him for his history of dating younger women, she admitted it was hard finding anything about the notoriously private actor.

The Internet quickly found the then 16-year-old actor’s interview from the magazine.

A scan of the interview revealed that he also shared his favorite vacation spot is “Europe (Germany),” favorite colors are “black and purple,” favorite type of clothes is “Nike,” and worst school subject is “math.”

He cited his first ambition as “acting,” and revealed his first record was Michael Jackson‘s Thriller, and his favorite book is Lord of the Flies.

The once viral cupcake shop, Sprinkles Cupcakes, is officially going out of business.

Founded by Candace Nelson in 2005, the cupcake bakery shot to virality and became a must have dessert item throughout the years, and even launched cupcake ATMs, which could be found in a variety of places, including airports.

Now, after 20 years, the company is closing down and TODAY (December 31) is the last day they will be open.

Founder Candace Nelson, who sold the business to private equity in 2012, took to Instagram to speak to the news of the company she started shutting down.

“Today is Sprinkles’ final day,” she wrote on Instagram, along with a video message. “As many of you know, I started Sprinkles in 2005 with a KitchenAid mixer and a big idea. Over the years, we expanded across the country and launched the Cupcake ATM.”

“I sold Sprinkles in 2012 and have no ownership or operational involvement in the company,” she continued. “Still, it’s surreal to see this chapter come to a close – and it’s not how I imagined the story would unfold.”

“I’m deeply grateful to the fans, customers, and community who showed up, celebrated with us, and made Sprinkles part of their traditions – and to the team who made it all happen. I’ll always be proud of what we built,” Candace concluded. “Today, my heart is with the Sprinkles employees. 💔”

According to several reports, employees were only given a one day notice that they would be out of a job at the start of the new year.

Per New York Post, the company is closing due to “financial conditions due to unforeseen business circumstances.”

“The wind-down process will be conducted in an orderly manner to address remaining operational obligations and preserve value to the extent practicable,” a notice said.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Millions of people in America are preparing to cook turkey to bring to the lunch and/or dinner table with friends and family on Thursday (November 27).

But there’s a lot more to Thanksgiving than just the turkey: according to Campbell’s fourth annual State of the Sides report, 63% of people prefer the sides, and 47% of the country would be happy with only sides on their plate, up from 38% last year.

Using consumer data from a nationwide survey on holiday dishes and seasonal topics, Campbell’s put together a report that determined the most popular choices during the festive season – including the side dishes at Thanksgiving.

PepsiCo has announced that a new version of Cheetos and Doritos are about to hit the market!

Krispy Kreme is expanding its menu with the announcement of nine new flavors!

The new menu includes returning popular doughnuts that were previously offered for only a limited time, some fan favorites that were requested online, plus other new flavors that have been in development for over a year.

“We are so excited to introduce nine new flavors to our lineup so everyone can build a dozen that is as unique as they are,” said Alison Holder, Krispy Kreme Chief Brand and Product Officer. “We are bringing more variety, more flavor and most importantly more choice, and we can’t wait for consumers to show us how they dozen!”

Krispy Kreme is now growing its everyday menu to 16 full-sized doughnuts from 10. Three flavors have been removed from the menu: Original Glazed® Blueberry Cake, Original Glazed® Lemon Filled and Cake Batter.

The coffee chain will kick off the holiday season on Thursday (November 7), and they just announced their upcoming menu items, including the return of some fan-favorites and the addition of some new.

Returning drinks include the Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Iced Sugar Cookie Almondmilk Latte and the Chestnut Praline Latte, while they are adding the Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai.

Chick-Fil-A is looking to get into the entertainment business!

The popular fast food chain has plans to start their own streaming service with a slate of original programming, according to Deadline.

In the report, Chick-Fil-A has been “working with a number of major production companies, including some of the studios, to create family-friendly shows, particularly in the unscripted space.”

They are also looking to license and acquire content for the streamer.

Among the first of the original programs include a game show from Glassman Media and Sugar23, which was given a ten-episode order. Glassman Media is behind NBC’s The Wall, while Sugar23 produced 13 Reasons Why.

Deadline reports the budget for unscripted programming is at $400,000 per half hour. The fast food chain is looking to launch later this year, with scripted and animation projects also in the works.

Producer Brian Gibson is reportedly leading programming and has been in talks with various producers. He has worked on shows such as Top Gear USA and the US adaptation of The X Factor.

Costco has become one of the most well-known warehouse stores in the world!

The company’s new chief financial officer, Gary Millerchip, just shared on update on the hot dog combo amid increasing prices.

“I also want to confirm the $1.50 hot dog price is safe,” he told CNN’s Nathaniel Meyersohn on Thursday (May 30).

Back in 2018, Craig Jelinek, who was CEO at the time, recalled a convo with previous CEO Jim Sinegal, who is one of the founders of Costco, telling him that the combo price would never change.

“‘If you raise the effing hot dog, I will kill you. Figure it out,’” Craig recalled Jim telling him.

Back in April, Costco started cracking down on who has access to eat their food court, with it being limited to Costco members only.

If you didn’t know, AriZona Iced Tea has also maintained a low price of $0.99 for it’s 23oz can for many years!

The 26-year-old Formula 1 star officially launched his new business venture in the Italian city just a few days after competing in the Japanese Grand Prix in Suzuka.

Travis and Patrick‘s restaurant will be named 1587 Prime, and will be a modern American steakhouse. 1587 is of course based off of their jersey numbers – Travis‘ is 87 and Patrick‘s is 15.

“Travis and I have become frequent visitors of Noble 33 restaurants in other cities, so it only made sense to bring something special to our own community in Kansas City,” Patrick shared in a statement, via E! News.

“We’re excited to be a part of this journey with Noble 33 to create a one-of-a-kind dining experience, and what better place to start than our very own, Kansas City,” Travis added.

A press release reveals that the restaurant will feature the state’s largest wine collection, with “multiple private dining rooms, a world-class chef’s kitchen, a jaw-dropping meat display, all with hyper-subtle nods to Patrick and Travis‘ on-field accomplishments.”

1587 Prime is set to open in early 2025 inside the Loew’s Hotel Kansas.

This isn’t the first Travis and Patrick have gone into business together on a restaurant concept. They are also investors in the restaurant chain Chicken N Pickle.

The Kansas City Chiefs teammates are also investors in the Formula 1 team, BWT Alpine F1 Team, along with actor Ryan Reynolds and golfer Rory McIlroy.

Kelly Ripa‘s nutritionist is sharing details of her diet.

Dr. Daryl Gioffre, who has worked with the star for years, opened up to E! News in an interview about her nutrition plan.

“I’ve never met someone who is busier than Kelly. She is supermom. She is just amazing on the show. She works out seven days a week, and she maintains this incredible strength eating lifestyle that I’ve taught her,” he said.

“Every time you’re hungry or you’re gonna put something in your body, it has to be something that is going to strengthen you from the inside out,” he adds of “strength eating.”

“Just start with one thing, but master that one thing, commit to that one thing and do that one thing consistently,” he went on to say, referencing adding a green juice to his daily routine when he was a self-described sugar addict. “And then when you feel good enough that that’s part of your lifestyle, you do it on a regular basis and it’s automatic, you don’t have to think about it, then you can add the next thing and then the next thing.”

Her morning begins with a scoop of his Acid-Kicking Green powder from his brand Alkamind with a glass of water. He also suggests drinking a green juice, but avoiding ones with sugary fruit juice.

Then she has her coffee, blending it with grass-fed butter and his Acid-Kicking Coffee Alkalizer. She’ll wait until after her show to have her snack of a green apple, a few tablespoons of almond butter and a teaspoon of cinnamon that she mixes into a porridge-like consistency.

For lunch, she’ll have a salad topped with microgreens, sprouts, avocado and raw nuts.

And for dinner, she’ll usually eat a smaller version of the salad she had for lunch.

“She’ll add in some steamed vegetables or some sauteed vegetables or some grilled greens. And she likes to have the vegetables in season because they’re just better for you. And then she’ll have a protein and that could be grilled tofu or tahini or some fish protein.”

For a sweet afterward, she’ll have avocado chocolate mousse, which contains avocados, pure vanilla extract, raw cacao, dates and sea salt. Or his chocolate chia pudding for fiber.

Before bed, she drinks his Acid-Kicking Detox Tea featuring turmeric, ginger, lemon and black pepper.

“It’s not about deprivation, it’s about moderation,” he adds.

It’s Thanksgiving, which means it’s time to start preparing delicious dishes to bring to the dinner table with friends and family.

And there’s a lot more to Thanksgiving than the turkey: according to Campbell’s second annual State of the Sides report, 67% of people prefer side dishes to the main entree, and half of the country would be happy with only sides on their plate.

Using consumer data from a nationwide survey on holiday dishes and seasonal topics, Campbell’s put together a report that determined the most popular choices during the festive season – including the side dishes at Thanksgiving.

Most people will opt for an average of five sides for their plate, according to the report.
