Joe Rogan is addressing his lack of nomination 2026 Golden Globes.

This year, the Globes introduced the brand new category, Best Podcast of the Year, which Amy Poehler‘s podcast Good Hang ended up winning.

When the nominations were first announced, many were surprised that the 58-year-old UFC commentator’s podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience, didn’t receive a nomination, despite being among the top 25 most popular podcasts that were eligible.

During the new episode of his podcast released on Thursday (January 29), Joe explained that he wasn’t nominated because he refused to pay the $500 submission fee.

Brad Pitt would’ve been roasted by Golden Globes host Nikki Glaser, had he been nominated for an award for his performance in F1.

The 62-year-old actor was snubbed of an acting nomination, though the movie received nominations for Cinematic and Box Office Achievement and Best Original Score.

Nikki has a revealed a bunch of jokes that were cut from her opening monologue, including a funny one about Brad.

Nikki Glaser is revealing a few of the jokes she cut from her 2026 Golden Globes monologue, as well as the reason she refused to joke about Donald Trump.

“It was like, you just don’t say that guy’s name right now. I just want to give it space,” she said on SiriusXM’s Howard Stern Show in a new interview.

She did have a joke about the “Trump Beverly Hilton,” a play on Trump renaming the Kennedy Center after himself.

The joke was written by Steve Martin, but they nixed it.

She then revealed some of her other cut jokes.

One joke told by Nikki Glaser during her 2026 Golden Globes opening monologue has been circulating online since Sunday night’s broadcast.

The joke in question was trolling CBS News, which has undergone a shakeup recently with some host departures and a new editor-in-chief. The network went viral recently for pulling an immigration story that seemingly painted the current administration in a negative light, just hours before airtime.

Nikki‘s joke was: “And the award for most editing goes to CBS News! Yes, CBS News: America’s newest place to ‘See B.S. news.’”

Now, Golden Globes producers Ricky Kirshner and Glenn Weiss are revealing if they got clearance from the network to tell that joke. If you don’t know, the Golden Globes air on CBS.

Nick Jonas joined his wife Priyanka Chopra Jonas at the 2026 Golden Globes over the weekend, but he was caught stepping out of the venue in the middle of the show.

A video has gone viral on social media, showing Nick standing outside of the Beverly Hilton Hotel and sipping on water while the show was in progress.

“Nick Jonas taking a water break at the #GoldenGlobes2026!” Parade Magazine captioned the exclusive video.

Nick commented on the video.

Heated Rivalry fans were not thrilled with the way Connor Storrie and Hudson Williams were introduced to the stage at the 2026 Golden Globes, but the producers of the show are defending the bit.

To promote Paramount’s partnership with the UFC, CBS used the actors’ rise to fame to joke that they needed extra security because of their popularity.

The announcer said, “Our next presenters are so hot right now, they get mobbed everywhere they go, so we had to bring in some extra security from the UFC.” The fighters then walked on stage and circled around without saying anything before Hudson and Connor made their entrances.

Fans called the moment awkward and cringeworthy.

Executive producers Ricky Kirshner and Glenn Weiss have defended the moment.

Chris Pine had a date night with his girlfriend at the 2026 Golden Globes!

The 45-year-old actor made a rare public appearance with girlfriend Keana Sky Wenger on Sunday (January 11) at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Chris was a presented at the awards show on Sunday night and Keana joined him as his plus one.

It has been reported that Chris and Keana started dating in 2023 and that they met while she was working as a waitress at a Los Angeles restaurant.

One Battle After Another was the big winner at the Golden Globes and Chris and Keana were actually spotted waiting in line to watch the movie in VistaVision back in October!

FYI: Chris is wearing Giuliva Heritage with Manolo Blahnik shoes.
