Nick Reiner's Lawyer Quits Before Court, Reiner Family Releases Statement Amid Rob & Michele Reiner's Deaths

Nick Reiner was supposed to be defended by high profile attorney Alan Jackson, however, he has officially withdrawn from the case.
Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman announced last month that his office will file two counts of first-degree murder charges against the 32-year-old for allegedly killing his parents, Rob and Michele Reiner.
TMZ reported that Alan withdrew from the case today (January 7), the day of Nick Reiner‘s arraignment. He will be represented by a public defender, a woman named Kimberly Greene who has 19 years of experience.

“I feel we have no choice to withdraw,” Alan Jackson stated (via Deadline).
The family released a statement to the New York Times, saying, “They have the utmost trust in the legal process and will not comment further on matters related to the legal proceedings.”
Nick Reiner‘s case has now been pushed to February 23.
If you did not see, during his first court appearance last month, Nick said only 3 words to the judge.
