Robin Hood is coming back for a second season!

MGM+ has announced the renewal of the adventure drama, which was one of the streamer’s “all-time best first-season performers.”

Following the success of the first season, the series will return for 10 more episodes!

Season two will begin filming in Serbia this summer!

Jack Patten is expected to return as Rob, with Lauren McQueen also expected to reprise her Marian.

Season one cast included Sean Bean as the Sheriff of Nottingham, Lydia Peckham as Priscilla of Nottingham, Steven Waddington as the Earl of Huntingdon and Connie Nielsen as Queen Eleanor of Aquitaine, who could all return as well. Casting will be announced soon.

The 45-year-old entertainer and businesswoman has hopped on board the relaunch of the caffeine free energy drink Update, and it’s coming out very soon.

Update originally launched in 2022, but Kim didn’t join the brand until 2023 after she was already drinking it and started sending “unsolicited advice,” before officially joining the team.

As revealed in a video shared to her Instagram, after Kim became part of the business, she helped remarket the packaging to make it less “masculine” and more “calm.” Plus, she also helped reformulate the taste of the drink.

Since the drink doesn’t have caffeine, where does the energy come from?

According to Forbes, the beverage “uses paraxanthine, the compound the human body naturally forms from caffeine, rather than caffeine itself, an approach the company says ‘eliminates the crash, jitters, and overstimulation’ of traditional energy drinks.”

The upcoming relaunch will see Update‘s five flavors (berry, grape, peach, mandarin and pineapple) in 4,000 Walmart stores nationwide, beginning THIS Sunday (March 1). More flavors are on the way too!

Back in January, Kim was spotted on the set of her new Netflix movie The Fifth Wheel, where she was seen carrying a can of Update, with the old design, of course.

Luke Grimes and Arielle Kebbel walk the red carpet separately at the premiere event for their new series Marshals on Tuesday evening (February 24) in Los Angeles.

The two actors joined several of their Yellowstone spinoff co-stars at the event, which was held at the Autry Museum of the American West.

Also in attendance were fellow series regulars Mo Brings Plenty, Ash Santos, Tatanka Means, Gil Birmingham and Brecken Merrill, as well as recurring guest stars Brett Cullen, Ellyn Jameson, Morgan Lindholm, Riley Green and Chris Mulkey.

In Marshals, “With the Yellowstone Ranch behind him, Kayce Dutton (Grimes) joins an elite unit of U.S. Marshals, combining his skills as a cowboy and Navy SEAL to bring range justice to Montana. Kayce and his teammates – Pete Calvin (Logan Marshall-Green), Belle Skinner (Kebbel), Andrea Cruz (Santos) and Miles Kittle (Means) – must balance the high psychological cost of serving as the last line of defense in the region’s war on violence with their duty to their families, which for Kayce includes his son Tate (Merrill) and his confidantes Mo (Mo Brings Plenty) and Thomas Rainwater (Birmingham) from the Broken Rock reservation.”

We are getting an update on what’s happening with Sony’s live-action Spider-Man universe!

The production studio has churned out several Spider-Man movies in the past, along with quite a few movies about Spider-Man villains, including the Venom trilogy, Madame Web, Morbius and Kraven the Hunter.

While the films haven’t been performing that well at the box office over the past few years, a Sony executive is speaking out about what’s happening with the Spider-Verse, and if more movies are coming.

During an appearance on The Town podcast, Sony CEO Tom Rothman confirmed the Spider-Verse is not dead and they will make more movies at some point. He also confirmed that the universe will be a “fresh reboot” with “new people.”

“To your question about Spider-Man: Scarcity has value,” Tom said later in the episode. “You’ve got to make the audience miss you. It’s the old thing. I always had trouble getting girls to go out with me twice, but until fortunately, my wife took pity on me, but absence makes the heart grow fonder.”

The next Spider-Man movie, a collaboration between Sony and Disney’s Marvel Studios, wrapped filming back in December and will hit theaters this summer, on July 31st!

Nicolas Cage is also starring in a new Spider-Man TV series, Spider-Noir, which will debut on Prime Video and MGM+ on May 27th. Watch the teasers here!

Minka Kelly and Dan Reynolds are grabbing coffee.

The couple were seen at their preferred lunch spot All Time in Los Feliz, Calif. on Tuesday (February 24).

They were spotted with appeared to be coffee in hand after their visit and also seen holding hands while enjoying the sunshine.

Minka wore a black jumpsuit with spaghetti straps along with flip-flops and an Adidas baseball cap. Dan showed off his muscular arms in a white tank top with some gray sweatpants and black sneakers. He also carried what looked like a blue hoodie under one arm.

The couple were also seen on a similar coffee run to the restaurant last month.

Connor Storrie showed off his bright smile while arriving at Lattanzi on Tuesday night (February 24) in New York City.

The 26-year-old Heated Rivalry star braved the cold as he stepped out for the cast dinner ahead of his hosting gig on Saturday Night Live this coming weekend.

Connor kept it casual in a pair of blue jeans, loafers and blue polo top, complete with a leather jacket and a black bag over his shoulder.

On Saturday (February 28), Connor will make his SNL debut as host, with musical guest Mumford & Sons.

After he’s finished with his hosting gig this weekend, Connor will be heading to set to get to work on his upcoming movie Peaked, an A24 comedy with Molly Gordon, Emma Mackey, Simone Ashley, Laura Dern and more!

The Team USA’s men’s hockey team received roaring cheers and applause during Donald Trump‘s State of the Union address on Tuesday evening (February 24) in Washington, DC.

Members of the gold-winning team first met with the President earlier that day in the Oval Office, before making an appearance during the address later that night.

While 20 members of the team made the trip to the White House, including siblings Jack and Quinn Hughes, goalie Connor Hellebuyck and more, there were five guys who did not go.

Brock Nelson, Jackson LaCombe, Jake Oettinger, Jake Guentzel and Kyle Connor all skipped the DC visit on Tuesday.

According to People, local reporters noted that Brock skipped the trip to go back home to his family, and Guentzel went back to Tampa to prep for a game the next day. The other players also returned home to prep for their team games.

Towards the beginning of his State of the Union address, Trump welcomed the Team USA men’s hockey team, congratulated them once again and even revealed one team member will receive the Presidential Medal of Freedom!

“Here with us tonight is a group of winners who just made the entire nation proud. The men’s gold medal Olympic hockey team,” Trump said as “USA!” chants began and the team filed in to the room above him.

“They beat a fantastic Canadian team in overtime as everybody saw,” he continued after the cheers and chants died down. “As did the American women, who will soon be coming to the White House.”

Trump‘s claim that the women’s hockey team will visit the White House comes after they previously turned down an invitation due to prior commitments. Since then, Flavor Flav has invited the women to celebrate their win with him in Las Vegas.

“They were in the Oval Office before, and I just want to say a second, very big congratulations to Team USA, but I have to say that… And I told them this and we took a vote of the team. I said, ‘Anybody that votes no, I’m not doing it,’” Trump continued during the SOTU address. “So they stood there and they worried about saying no, ’cause I never seen a goaltender play as well as Connor Hellebuyck.”

“I just want to tell you that the members of this great hockey squad will be very happy to hear, based on their vote and my vote, and in this case, my vote was more important,” he went on. “That I will soon be presenting Connor with our highest civilian honor, which we will be giving, and which has been given to many athletes over the years… It’s called the highest civilian honor in our country, the Presidential Medal of Freedom.”

Earlier in the week, Trump‘s invite to the men’s hockey team drew much backlash online as he referenced the women’s team, and how he “would be impeached” if he didn’t also invite them.

Stephen Amell believes he is at fault for the failure of Suits spinoff series Suits: LA.

The 44-year-old actor was on the Tuesday (February 24) episode of Inside of You with Michael Rosenbaum podcast where he opened up about the show, which was canceled after just one season on NBC.

Michael started out by noting the last time Stephen was on the show, he was excited about Suits: LA.

“What happened?” he asked his guest.

“It wasn’t good enough,” Stephen said bluntly.

The host then pivoted, inquiring as to whether or not the Arrow star thought it was good enough and admitting it’s a difficult question to answer.

“Anything that ends not on your terms is a failure,” he responded.

However, Stephen doesn’t consider it a “complete failure,” because he’s done two pilots so far and has been lucky enough that both have made it to series.

“Ultimately, I think that the blame rests with me,” he continued. “I think it does, because whatever problem you have with the show—because I think that there were issues—but it’s my job to solve those. To smooth them over. To gloss them up with some type of performance or something that, tangible or otherwise, covers up those mistakes.”

He thinks if he had done something “magnetic” or “charismatic,” it would have fixed “those problems.”

“And I didn’t do that,” he continued.

Stephen said he didn’t find that with his character Ted Black, a cocky former federal prosecutor turned entertainment lawyer.

Additionally, behind the scenes, he said it seemed like creator and showrunner Aaron Korsh was running into a struggle with the network regarding what they wanted the show to be.

“It just seemed like what he wanted to do and what they wanted to do were different,” he said.

The actor noted they’d been hopeful for a second season to get the chance to retool things, but the network chose to pull the plug instead.

Michael pushed back a little on the idea it was all Stephen‘s fault, but the Heels alum argued that if it had been successful, he’d get a “disproportionate amount of credit” so it’s “only fair” if he stands in front and takes the blame.

“I’m the lead of the series, and it didn’t work,” he concluded.

However, despite all of that, Stephen praised the people he worked with and said it was overall a “wonderful” experience.

For the second year in a row, Rep. Al Green has been escorted out of the House chamber while President Donald Trump addresses Congress.

Trump is giving his State of the Union address at Capitol Hill on Tuesday (February 24). The congressman could be seen unfurling and then holding up a sign reading “Black People Aren’t Apes.”

The statement appears to be referencing the racist video Trump shared to Truth Social earlier this month that depicted former President Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama as apes.

According to AP News, the House Sergeant at Arms escorted Green from the chamber only a few minutes into the address. The outlet says a few Republicans had begun to chant “USA” before his exit.

In March of last year, Green was removed for heckling the president during a speech to Congress.

Refusing to back down, he joins forces with another recently fired attorney (Rachel Keller) to represent those taken advantage of by the tech elite, and help them fight back in a high-stakes battle against the Goliaths controlling Silicon Valley.”

Renée‘s casting was announced a month ago, and also marks another couple of reunions for her.

Also cast in the series are Ella Stiller and Nik Dodani.

Maksim Chmerkovskiy is moving into the acting world and he’s set to star in a new vertical drama series.

For those who don’t know, verticals or “microdramas” are shot in a vertical aspect ratio for viewing on mobile phones, with each episode just 1 to 2 minutes in length. They are known to have low production costs, with Variety noting that actors tend to make $500 for each day of work.

Following the news that Taye Diggs signed on as the first high-profile actor to star in a microdrama, Maksim is now the first reality TV star to book a lead role in one, according to Deadline.

According to THR, the show is being from New Orleans to Frisco, Texas, and it will now be titled Frisco King.

It will still center on Samuel‘s Russell Lee Washington Jr, who was introduced in Tulsa King season three.

In addition, EP Taylor Sheridan has also been tapped to write all eight episodes of the new series.

“We are honored to have Taylor Sheridan write the first season of Frisco King and bring to life Samuel L. Jackson’s iconic character,” Matt Thunell, president of Paramount Television Studios, shared in a statement. “Having him pen all episodes of the season with his singular voice will be a treat for fans of Tulsa King and audiences around the world.”

Filming on the project is set to begin in late March in Fort Worth, Texas.

“Taylor Sheridan continues to build worlds that attract some of the most iconic talent working today, and Frisco King is no exception,” Jane Wiseman, head of originals at Paramount+, said. “Having Samuel L. Jackson step into this universe is a testament to the scale and ambition of the storytelling Taylor is crafting. We’re thrilled to expand this storyline with such a powerhouse creative team and cast on Paramount+.”

The film is based on a romance short story by Claire Keegan and Netflix has reportedly boarded the project alongside Element Pictures, Ledbury Productions, and Compelling Pictures. The cast also includes Tom Cullen and Ciarán Hinds.

Deadline says Brooklyn‘s John Crowley will direct the movie in Ireland, with the script written by Tony-nominated Conor McPherson.

“Walk the Blue Fields follows a woman on her wedding day being confronted with a heart-wrenching decision as a love triangle from her past threatens to be revealed,” the outlet shares.

Adam is back as a coach for the 29th season of The Voice and the new season debuted on NBC the night before. That’s been our discussion because we only have so many tape days left and so we’re trying to figure out what, and I’ve had a lot of requests for ‘Golden’ [from KPop Demon Hunters] so we’re trying to get that one approved to do, but I think I have a lot of thoughts,” Kelly said on SiriusXM Hits 1.

She then talked about the decision to end the talk show and prioritizing being a mom.

“My first thought is as a mom, obviously, so that was basically why the decision was made. I think the hardest part though, other than that, is like it’s successful, so it’s hard to have that. You know, it was an impossible achievement and then we achieved it, and so it’s hard,” she says. “You know, you have your family, y’all work with your crew. People maybe know y’all, but you know everybody that’s been down for the ride, so it’s like for seven years, you know, you’ve created, we did it in L.A., we carried people here to New York, we have new people.”

“Seven years, so it’s like that’s a long time. My kids have grown up in that, so it’s like, you know, I think for me, I think being the one that made the decision, I think anytime there’s job loss, you know, and all these people are talented and A-list and they’re going to, they’re fine, but I think that’s the thing that kind of got me that was hard for me, but at the same time, you know, it had to be a family decision that we had to do, and you know, it’s already hard enough just to be an artist in that schedule and have a family, and then plus do the talk show and have a family, so it’s a lot on the plate.”

While appearing in a video with content creator G Hobs, Xavier said, “She’s cool, she’s nice. We’ve talked for hours, talking about my music. She gave me advice and next steps for me and stuff.”

Xavier was also asked if he talked to Katy about “going on the moon.” He responded, “We didn’t talk about that. Did she even go on the moon?” She didn’t. She just orbited briefly in space.

While speaking on The Brandon Gomez Show podcast last year, Xavier opened up about his budding music career.

“I always loved music, whether it’s creating it, listening to it. I always had a passion for it,” he said.

“They’ve been supported since the start,” he said about his parents. “Every single time I come back from the studio, I’d have something to show then and we sit at dinner and just listen to it like, ‘Oh, I like this. I don’t like that.’”

“There’s so many artists I’ve blocked on Spotify,” Zara chuckled. “And all of them are like, abusers. You certainly wouldn’t find, like, a Chris Brown song.”
