The 2026 Oscars are almost here, and the Best Actress race continues to shuffle around following the latest results at the 2026 BAFTA Film Awards.

With awards season in full swing, the five nominees are competing for one of the night’s biggest prizes, and recent wins have shaken up the betting odds ahead of the big show in March.

The 2026 BAFTA Film Awards are bringing the fashion.

The 79th British Academy Film Awards took place Sunday (February 22), celebrating the best national and foreign films of 2025, at the Royal Festival Hall in Southbank Centre in London, England.

The awards ceremony honors the best feature-length films and documentaries of any nationality that were screened at British cinemas in 2025, and were hosted by Alan Cumming for the first time.

E! will air the ceremony for the first time as a pre-recorded special, starting at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

The stars are stepping out ahead of the BAFTAs!

Best Actress nominees Kate Hudson and Rose Byrne along with tons of other stars arrived at the 2026 EE BAFTA Film Awards Nominees’ Party on Saturday evening (February 21) held at the National Portrait Gallery in London, England.

Joining Kate at the event was her fiancé Danny Fujikawa while Rose had the support of longtime love Bobby Cannavale.
