Heather Locklear has no ill will.

The 58-year-old actress doesn’t blame James Naughton for making her uncomfortable on the set of The First Wives Club in 1996 following an appearance on the podcast Fake Doctors, Real Friends with Zach and Donald.

Earlier in the week, Heather said it was “gross” was he touched her breast while filming a scene, saying that the scene did not require him to do so.

“He doesn’t grab [my breast]. He actually outlines my areola with his finger. It didn’t say that in the script,” she clarified on the podcast.

James hit back at the claim, sharing a page from the script that required his character to “subtly using his finger to feel [Locklear’s character’s] breast.”

“James remembers shooting this scene as written in the script. He completely understands that Heather would have felt uncomfortable shooting this scene, as he felt uncomfortable as well,” his rep told Yahoo Entertainment.

“Oh no, I didn’t mean James Naughton did anything wrong. The script called for him to touch my breast. I was surprised that he circled my areola. We had not discussed the scene prior to filming…To be clear, I was never upset with James, just surprised. Love you James” Heather then clarified on her Instagram on Thursday (July 29).

James’s rep told Page Six he had a statement: “From James: ‘Love you back, Heather.’”

Heather Locklear recently got engaged!

Aaron Eckhart and Amanda Peet walk the red carpet at the premiere of the new Amazon series The Romanoffs on Thursday (October 11) in New York City.

The Romanoffs is a contemporary anthology series set around the globe featuring eight separate stories about people who believe themselves to be descendants of the Russian royal family. The show premieres on October 12.

Each episode is essentially a mini-movie with a different story and a different cast, More stars who attended the premiere included Diane Lane, Jack Huston, Paul Reiser, Radha Mitchell, Corey Stoll, Kerry Bishe, Marthe Keller, Jon Tenney with wife Leslie Urdang, Cara Buono, Annet Mahendru, Janet Montgomery, Ines Melab, James Naughton, JJ Feild, and Mike Doyle.

Series creator Matthew Weiner, best known for creating Mad Men, was also in attendance.
