In 2018, the actress went Instagram official with her then-boyfriend, fellow actor Dan Whitlam, and the two had a long-term relationship.

These days, Emma is in a relationship with film director and photographer Martin Aleman. The couple made their public debut at The 2023 BAFTAs when they shared a kiss as she stood to accept an award.

Following that evening, Martin posted photos of Emma on his Instagram Stories and referred to her as “my love.” A few weeks later, they were also seen attending the West End production of Cabaret together.

Connor confirmed their relationship to The Telegraph in 2019 and emphasized, “There is no confusion to be had between our sex scenes on the show and our own personal life.”
