The Clooney Foundation for Justice honored courageous defenders of justice at the Albies on Thursday night (September 27) at the New York Public Library in New York City.
The awards, “named after Justice Albie Sachs for his seminal role in ending apartheid in South Africa, aim to shine a spotlight on brave individuals who, at great personal risk, have devoted their lives to justice.”

Carey Mulligan and Marcus Mumford couple up on the red carpet while arriving at the 2024 Academy Awards on Sunday (March 10) at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.
The 38-year-old actress and the 37-year-old musician posed for photos together and separately ahead of the awards ceremony.
Carey is a nominated for Best Actress for her work in Maestro, which is also up for Best Picture. This is her third time receiving a nomination at the Oscars, and in the same category.

Pharrell first made his debut as Louis Vuitton‘s men’s creative director last summer with a show in Paris attended by a ton A-list stars including Beyonce, Kim Kardashian, and Zendaya.

Carey Mulligan (Maestro), Greta Lee (Past Lives), and Cailee Spaeny (Priscilla) posed for photos while arriving at the 2024 Golden Globe Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday (January 7) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
Fellow Best Actress nominees also seen arriving at the awards show included Annette Bening (Nyad), Sandra Huller (Anatomy of a Fall), and Alma Poysti (Fallen Leaves).
Best Supporting Actress nominee Jodie Foster from Nyad also hit the red carpet before the show.
Carey was also joined on the red carpet by husband Marcus Mumford.

The 38-year-old actress revealed how she really felt about her 36-year-old Mumford & Sons singer beau in an episode of the Smartless podcast.
During the episode, she revealed that they first met as pre-teens.

There were some lucky Mumford & Sons fans who had a lot to be thankful for this week!
The British folk rock band performed the first show in Wells Fargo’s new Autograph Card Exclusives series, a new feature providing Autograph Credit cardholders with exclusive access to live concerts, showcasing big-name artists in small venues.
Mumford & Sons, led by Marcus Mumford, performed an intimate show at The Bellwether on Monday (November 20) in Los Angeles.
Future ACE events will be open only to Autograph Card Holders, but to welcome the new program, all Wells Fargo card holders had access to this concert.
During the show, the band performed such hit songs as “Little Lion Man,” “The Cave,” “Lover of the Light,” “Believe,” and of course, “I Will Wait.”
Mumford & Sons recently wrapped their Delta Tour.
